Toronto's Dance Yourself to Death released their self-titled debut album this past January, and the first single, "We Are All Made of Stone," is still getting major play on music blogs and DJ playlists.
The video makes the song even more fun, as the band enlisted their friends to rock out to the dance-worthy tune.

Let it Rock,Let it roll
Not bad
I liked the song, but I
I liked this song, but I prefer their song Living Funeral (yes I youtubed them)
The video, I agree was somewhat lacking in entertainment value, but it was ok.
So I asked the raven as he passed by,
I said, "Tell me, raven, why'd you make the sky?"
"The moon and stars, I threw them high,
I needed someplace to be flying"
ahh, i think the video is
ahh, i think the video is funny and spontaneous. they're all so cute!
the irony.
as a Canadian in the vicinity of Toronto i thought i would do my patriotic duty and give this band a go and show some support ... and then i encounter the lovely logo message that i have grown so accustomed to living here in canada "Copyrights restrict us from playing this video outside the U.S." ... umm.. is that a joke? really? .. come on seriously.. if you are going to take our musicians at least let us see them. this is the most ass backwards type of censorship. not cool logo . not cool at all.
yeah, this always happen to
yeah, this always happen to me (although i'm not canadian).
i watched this video in youtube. but it's really sucks when i don't find the videos afterllen's puts here in others places.
Haha!
I know! I found that restriction quite amusing indeed.
AMEN!!!!!
Apologies
We were told by Logo that this video wasn't geo-blocked — i.e. that it was available to watch by international visitors — and that's why we posted it (that's also why there there was some delay between when the video was released by DYTD and when we posted it, since we try not to publish geo-blocked videos if possible, and it usually takes awhile to clear all the international rights).
Apologies to our international readers! We've asked Logo to investigate.
But FYI for future reference: Music labels, production companies, unions etc. charge companies like Logo, MTV, Yahoo, and Hulu a lot more for the right to stream videos internationally, and there's no real way for these websites to recoup their investment right now or in the near future, since it's hard enough for them to get U.S. advertisers right now, let alone international ones, and the international ad market is fragmented and fraught with language barriers. So until there's a better U.S. economy, large demand to advertise internationally, and — most importantly — an infrastructure in place that makes it really easy to buy, sell and target ads to people from different countries, it's going to be a geo-blocked world online, unfortunately. As much as that sucks to those of us who want to view the videos, what they say in the movies really is true here: it's not personal, it's just business.
Aww Sarah, thanks for
Aww Sarah,
thanks for being so mindful of your international readers. It's nice that you're so concerned, it's what makes this website feel more like a community than most.
Also, thanks for explaining why we were blocked.
So it's not an irrational hate for your friendly neighbours to the north? I was beginnning to think it was retribution for unleashing Avril Lavigne upon the airwaves.
<3
I know
I live in the Netherlands, and this isn't the first time I've been blocked from a video.
I used to watch SNL online as well, since it doesn't air here, even there I can't watch the online videos anymore. *sigh*
