Michelle Paradise's "Exes & Ohs" Video Blog: Episode 2.4

Great vlog once again Michelle, can't wait for the second part. Always loving the bloopers, especially those unnecessary chest zooms. Jill Bennett oh my.

I've never actually heard of the Trevor Project but I'm happy that there's something like that available. I think the next time I've got a few extra bucks to spare I'll donate.

That number would have been really helpful to me as a kid. I hope anyone that needs it (or knows someone who could use it) writes it down and shares it. I called one of those hotlines when I was about 19 or so, not really knowing what to expect, but thought I'd give it a shot...and I was put on hold. ON HOLD with the SUICIDE hotline. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend calling that particular hotline because they put someone suicidal on hold, however, that was (luckily) EXACTLY what I needed at the time. I began to laugh uncontrollably at the irony of the situation and hung up on them.

Humor keeps me sane.

How about the ladies you asked about guitar hero - Jill and Elizabeth were going to form a faux band anyway - how about it? :) 

Of course, Marnie's a natural choice - I loved her song on Exes and Ohs last season! 

With or without a theme song - it is awesome to have you back on AE, Michelle!  

OMG!!! I just love the Subaru-commercials that play before this vlog. Short and sweet and perfect!!! They're the best commercials i've seen on this site, EVER!!! Okay i may sound like a nutcase, but i'm a very proud Subaru-owner and love seeing them on this site. Maybe i should stop watching the commercial and see what Michelle has for me...No just one more commercial...!!!

Jill Bennett and Keener looked like twins. Shades, shoulder length hair, and white shirts. Although, the chest shots we def. different. :D Thank you Michelle for bringing us a great show. Cant wait for next week!

P.S. I wish I had this hotline when I was growing up. I wasnt thinking of suicide but I knew a few people who did and this would have helped us all greatly.

The Trevor Project has been around for 10 years now and they run an around the clock operation that is a helpline for LGBT and questioning youth where you can call and get help if you are feeling suicidal, lost, hopeless, etc. 

I first became aware of the Trevor Project thanks to Ellen DeGeneres... it was through my wanting to meet Ellen that I purchased tickets to a Trevor Project benefit and while meeting Ellen was wonderful (Heather (Grody) Reid from the Murmurs was also there), just to listen to some of the young people speaking about the help they had received from The Trevor Project was even more moving.

I'm glad that The Trevor Project is around.  I too wish that this hotline had existed while I was growing up.

As for Jill and Elizabeth... I'm never going to complain when a vlog has special guests like these lovely ladies on it! YAY!

The MP vlog:  As long as there is some MP blue eyes, little bit o Marnie, and some humor I am satisfied.  Oh,you keep answering flower4's questions though, I am getting jealous.  The fact that I have not posed any questions myself is beside the point.   So maybe I will ask Marnie a question instead!  I love Tim Horton's coffee, my friend and I had it when we took a completely spur of the moment camping trip from VA to Niagra Falls.  It was like manna from heaven, I don't know what it is but I think it's the cream that makes it so special.  We had that coffee after a long, long, long trip and it touched my soul,  I tell you.  I want to know if Marnie feels the same way about Tim Horton's.  I love Canada, eh.

Thanks for the fun blog, and the information about Trevor Project.  Does the line only work in the US or anywhere in North America?  It is an excellent cause and definitely worth of any donation people can make.  I think of how much I would have appreciated something like that when I was growing up in a small town with conservative/catholic parents (they're great now, so I'm lucky).

And, I just heard that Showcase, in Canada, has picked up Season 2 (it's about - not aboot - time they announced it..I was getting anxious).  I hope it airs around the same time as it does in the States so I don't get tempted by the spoilers.

Looking forward to the second half of the vlog.  After all the chest shots in this one, I can only imagine what is in store for us next time around.  :)
