That game does look like wicked fun!  Just wondering if Tracy's day job involves drinking lots of coffee all day???  Just kidding, but she was pretty animated this go round, not that there is anything wrong with that, in fact it is quite funny. And what is this about no emotional outbursts in Top Spin 3?  Where's the fun in tennis when you can't throw a hissy fit after every missed shot? And Angela makes a good point about peripherals. Seems like lefty's needs are not the top priority of peripheral designers. And the long cable... really?  And on the topic of E3, and conventions in general, we just had SemiCon West (semiconductor manufacturing equipment expo) and there seemed to be far fewer booth babes than I recall from past years. A sign of the Apocalypse, or of a stagnant economy? They must have all been hired for E3 instead.

Anyhoo, another entertaining vlog ladies! Looking forward to finding out anal doctor proctor's avatar story as well.  ; )  Ha!

This vlog just keeps getting better and better. The trailers were a really nice touch (even if they were a bit late). You ladies are hilarious...keep up the good work, your honest reviewing is greatly appreciated.

Hey ladies!  Yes, my back is feeling better this week.  I actually played rockband the other night.  I just won't be drumming long sets for a few more weeks.  No, that was not the first thing I thought about! LOL  I could still walk around it just hurt quite a bit. 

On to the vlog...  You two were great this week!  A great mix of hilarious, dramatic and naughty!  Not that your not great every week, mind you. I was thinking about picking up Bad Company and your review helped.  Thanks. 

Speaking of E3...  my company sent all the gaming managers to California last September for it's own little E3.  We got to see trailers and play a bunch of games that hadn't been released yet.  If they do is again this year, I could have a bunch of info for you guys on the games being released this year and early next year.   

News for anyone thinking about picking up an Xbox360... The Pro System with the 20GB hard drive was reduced to $299!  The new 60GB that will take the place of the 20GB will be $349.  Also the new 80GB PS3 that is being released in September will be $399.  Beware that it probably will not backwards compatible though.  (US Info)

Has anyone tried playing BF Bad Company online? I'm quite new to the whole FPS (and the xbox 360 in general - only bought it for rock band!) and whilst I've been enjoying the single player mode, I think I'm missing the point with the online bit... basically I keep getting shot but never see anyone else to shoot at!

Anyway, loving the reviews :-)

As I read the opening I was so sure there would be an Alone in the Dark tie in somewhere, although, that might scare me. Seeing how every single person who's played this seems to hate it :(.

Hmm, echochrome isn't all that bad to me. I stole my brothers PSP while on route to London and played for atleast 4 straight hours. Granted the game did have me in a bit of a tiff at one point, that was settled with a small break for brekkie. But, maybe thats just because I'm a huge dork who likes anything that can make me think outside the box.

I understand you Tracy!!!!!! Though I'm english myself :) Luckily australian and scottish are two of my favourite accents to listen to, so this vlog really does have everything! (I hope that's not too creepy to say.)

A great vlog (well they're all great) that had me laughing out loud. I'm sad that time crisis was a let down, I too liked it i the arcades, and TC2 on the PS2 was pretty cool. Looking forward to reading the E3 coverage!

Six-axis is pure evil on GTA 4...

I liked the look of Bad Company from the ads on TV - I like games with humour, there are so many FPSs out at the moment though it's hard to know which to get - I've got Turok but that isn't particularly good it's a little boring. I want them to bring a timesplitters on ps3 - that used to be my favourite game for multiplayer.

Ugh - time crisis arcade games...there was one on holiday on a loop yelling out the introduction story -_- Pretty weird they haven't got a wireless gun as well. However I'm not one to know a lot about  gun controllers - I've only ever used one on a sega master system :/

How can the crowd be exciting in a tennis match? After watching wimbledon they spend 3/4 of the time silent!

...also before i go, top spin 3 is also out for wii so if u want to pretend to swing a racket and dress up like maria sharapova then this is the game for you!... obviously the dressing like maria is totally optional...

Any games you two are looking forward to for Q3/Q4? I'm dying to play Gears of War 2, Mass Effect 2, and possibly even Fall Out 3 (I haven't played the previous two games in the series).

Rock Band 2 does not look too hot. The E3 coverage didn't show anything new other than the new songs and that previous DLC will be compatible with the second game. I'm very interested in Guitar Hero World Tour I'm waiting for a looksie into the new instruments for both games to see how they have improved.

And, I totally understand being a little off during the work week. I must confess sometimes after work on the subway I'll stop off at Gamestop or Bestbuy to play demos and relax before I go home :o)

Wow, an action game with a sense of humour - what will they think of next?! An action/war title with umm...women?! Woah there, slowly now, one step at a time...

With all the talk of accents, I was wondering if Tracy has gone down the path of Madonna (and her new peculiar British accent)  and has more of an Aussie twang since she's lived in the land down under? Perhaps using Australian slang? I must confess to using the phrase 'Fair Dink' faaarrrrr to much, though it is miles better than 'Strewth' - that just makes me cringe. I bet I can lay claim to the first Tracy v Madonna comparison in the long storied history of GGWG!

Anyhoo, bringing this rambling comment back to Battlefield Bad Company, it looks to be a great game, was awesomely reviewed and is now on my ridiculously long game wish list. My wish list is getting a tad out of control as I wasn't expecting those little Lego action heroes to be soooo addictive or sooooo time consuming. Ah, the sacrifices one must make to my love of the consoles.

I know I should get a 360, and I swear that I will (cough*internationalpeerpressure*cough). Right now though, my first purchase is going to be the double tuner TiVo- so I can record more then one tv show at a time- with all the great shows starting here in the states in the fall, I can't choose which ones to pick! I will be saving to get the 360 before Christmas, mainly because I want to get Fable 2 when it finally gets out, and to get the decent version of Rock Band. And thanks to SweetTalentedOne for the heads up on the price drop here in the US- I'll be on the lookout for it.

Battlefield Bad Company looks pretty decent- that type of game isn't always my cup of tea, but I like renting the games to see if they exceed my low expectations.

Oh, and I finally got to see Mama Mia last night- and it was great it all it's cheesy gloriousness. It was worth just to see the end credits! (I wont' spoil it here, but it's worth staying through the credits to see)

So I've been watching for a while and never really commented cause well I forget why I'm commenting.

well this may sound odd but Tracy has made me not hate the Scottish accent. After a year taking business studies with a Scottish teacher I did hate that accent, but now I don't which is good as I'm originally from Carlisle (now in NZ) so a lot of my family/family friends are scottish. 

also you have made me decide not to save for Uni. Instead I may save for a xbox 360 or ps3 not really decided but defiantly need something other than my psp, hard decision as Katamari can be played or both, and I love play station but the xbox 360 is apparently brilliant. 

Battlefield bad company looks good. I feel sad I can't play most of these games. When you say country availablity info does NZ have the same info as Aussie?

Thanks for the info on Tetris, I have visited that website many times and didn´t find a leaderboard, I must be too dumb. Or perhaps it´s the Tetris-music that drives me away? I know that I can turn it off but my mouse does not always follow my commands.

I have to travel a lot which is why I like to have a small selection of good PC games that actually run on my notebook. I do have a DS but I don´t really like the control, particularly with the left thumb, it´s very tiring as I apply a lot of power. I should have gotten the PSP.

And if I ever told you the story of my screenname, I´d have to come to Australia and ... no, not kill you, I´d have to take away all the games that you have on display in the background!!! (Can we swap some?)
