Your little beginning red carpet bit made me giggle like a mad woman. So simple, and yet so hilariously effective. Zoey/Lara Croft!!1!1!one (And actually the idea of Louis and Francis made me lol even more.)
I'm glad L4D swept the categories (obviously as it's singlehandedly responsible for introducing me to XBL and all us awesome afterellen gamers joining forces and spending too much time gaming together).
I've got to play Dead Space now as well since it won a whole bunch of stuff too. I've had it since Christmas but I still haven't played it yet (again mostly because of L4D!)

I have to say I am not all that surprised at the winners this year. I figured Left 4 Dead would sweep! I agree that Fable 2 was the best game. Matter of fact I was trying to get back into it when my 360 decided to die. Glad I got the store warranty though, I can go pick up a new system immediately!

At least I happened to get my fingers (interlinked, ahem) on TR: Underworld for PC. Damn those spoilers :) Had to turn off the sound while the two of you were talking about Lady Badass.
It's good to know that there are some games out there (one?!), that are inclusive and meaningful and entertaining. I never got over Super Mario Brothers for Nintendo Gameboy, what was that all about ;) Probably an early candidate for a game that sucked the life out of you. (That'd be Age of Empires, too...)

Yay I finally got to see an awards show that didn't bore me to tears!
I have to say, I was disapointed not to see the Smoker getting a nomination for bad guy. There's just something about getting tongued to death that's so inappropriate. But I guess there's only so much Left 4 Dead domination that can go around.

Loved it ladies, thought it was brilliant and very funny.
Agreed with pretty much everything really, although there were loads and loads of good games about last year i thought that there were hardly any that were good enough to make it onto any list.
For me the game of the year was BIOSHOCK but obv that couldnt make it coz it came out on the xbox about 400 yars ago and only on the ps3 last year.
Cant wait for next weeks vlog, keep up the great vids.

I totally agree with Fallout 3 winning the time suck award. I can't imagine ever being able to find everything in that game. I'm actually on my 2nd time thru on that one... this time being EVIL!. I also finished Dead Space a 2nd time thru, am still disappointed in my namesake in that one. I also just started Oblivion, and am trying to get back into Mass Effect, even tho i keep getting my ass kicked on that one.

I have to say that you girls have convinced me to get an XBOX 360 and join XBL once again, starting out with L4D. This special has given me a good idea at what games to look out for besides SF4 and Star Ocean.
