But I'm not used to the huge price diffrence between PC games and console ones and I wasn't ready to pay so much for it.

I only played NFS Underground 2 and I loved it. The 1st time I started playing it, I thought I was only playing for a short while but when I looked at the clock I saw I was playing for 5 hours. It's so addictive.

I'll give this one a try when the price drops a bit. Or when I get a job...

alright now that ive recovered from hysterical fits of laugher thanks to the blooper reel i shall comment.

first of all *bows to the awesomeness that is Angela and Tracy* .. so so HAPPY that you reviewed NFS : D .. it made my heart happy. although now i will continue to live in fear of the dreaded frame rate complication. ive had this game for two days now and I AM LOVING IT! .. i actually like this a whole lot more than most wanted. the after market customization options are endless and i think i have spent more time doing body mods to my car than i have racing. Anybody considering getting this for the Wii should totally do it and get the wheel while you are at it, its AWESOME! also the shane rating was genius.. it is fast and does handle well lol .. although i cant believe Tracy went the entire vlog and didnt even tell us what kind of cars she was driving.. now i will forever wonder if you are an Aston Martin girl or a Lamborghini girl lol

anyway i wish you both the merriest of christmases and happiest of holidays .. to you and the little dog too ; )

p.s. - yes Gryphie's pout does work on everybody.. if she denies it.. dont believe her lol

I hope the cute little dog enjoyed the apple...lol I had visions of the tree behind you suddenly tipping slowly sideways, attached to an intrigued doggie. It may have made for another funny blooper...lol

I have to agree with you that you need to be honest in reviews. There's no point just saying "we didn't really think it was great but you might," and not giving your thoughts about it or your personal insight into it. That wouldn't make it much of a review. Sure, everybody likes different things, but it's also good to have reviews from many different sources to consider. One reviewer might rave about a game, while another will point out its flaws. That's why, in general, it's best not to judge a reviewer harshly as it's up to the viewer/reader to have the intelligence to realise it's just one person's point of view, and that they're free to read as many differing views on a particular game as they see fit :)

In short...you do a fine job at what you do, so it's all good :p

and love the bloopers.  I'm adding NFS to my "to play list" because of your review... i'm not one for racing games at all either... so this one might be worth a shot. 

Have a great Christmas... and i'll talk to you during our zombie shooting verus match coming up in a few days.  It's amazing how much of my gaming time has been consumed by Left 4 Dead... and how one game can never get boring.  I can't wait to play a large versus mode with people who aren't 13year old boys who are insulting and rude. 

Happy Holidaze ladies!  Pardon my font, but I learned a hard lesson last week, when I wrote a reply to your vlog (two point two one JAZZ SEIZURE HANDS), and I must admit it was well thought out and witty, and …ok, it was none of that, but I went to post, and the internets ate it. (I think I timed out my login, m’kay?).  Anyway, at the time, I just didn’t have the energy to try and repost. That said, thanks for the lovely holiday episode.  I love Angela’s Yoda mugshot shirt. Awesome!  And thanks to Tracy for wearing that hat in the middle of an Australian summer. Good on ya!  As for the dog, I used to think I was an Angela gamer, but it has become clear that my only gaming skills are probably more in tune with Huxley’s (“Throw the ball! C’mon, throw the ball! Throw the apple! I don’t care!!!!).  So maybe Tristen can get to work (when time allows, of course) on a Huxley Gamer T-shirt.  ; )

As a big fan of driving games, I am glad to hear your positive review of NFSU, and that it will be available on many platforms.  And last but not least, that blooper footage was hilarious, and I so look forward to Gay Girls Who Game in the new year.  Thanks to Angela, Tracy, their many sets and props, and the dogs, for bringing us two whole “seasons” of gaming news, reviews and subversive subtitles. Hey ladies, loved the vlog today.

Right where to start, Mirrors Edge its def a game you either love or hate, i wouldnt say i loved it, even though i played it nonstop till i finished it, it was pretty cool but way to short and no lasting value i feel coz the online is basically the same thing youve just played just as time trials.

I am in shock that home is up and running, even though it is terrible (first time on it i had a guy on there trying to talk to me asking me 'how far ive been with a man' hmm my reply was 'ive been nowhere with a man im a lesbian' then quickly ran off somewhere else, i figure that home is gonna be full of skanky men trying pull a chick until they have full set it up which wont be for ages, i only go on home if my mates are on now).

Yay to the Silent Hill being a good game to movie, the movie was amazing and im so happy they stayed true to the original game, OHMYGOD 1 more day till i get Silent Hill :Homecoming.

Need for speed was pretty cool i guess, loads of things wrong with it which you pointed out esp on the ps3 the loading, it loaded on EVERY race, i really likes the cut scences with the live action gave it a little something else, such a shame your not a woman i really thought you were gonna be that maggie girl from Die Hard 4 nevermind.

At the mo im playing Alone In The Dark i know that its been slated (i got a ps3 mag the other day and they gave it something like 60/100, i love it i think its so clever with everything you can do, im really enjoying it.

Right better be off now coz im nearly finished with Alone In The Dark, making room for my Silent Hill woohoo anyway the bloopers were wicked i was crying with laughter you two are brilliant, have a great xmas and a fantastic new year, looking forward to season 3.

So two things. 

One:  I will be picking up an XBox as soon as I have enough cash on hand.  Apparently it doesn't take a whole lot to convince me lol.

I got rockband two for my wii for christmas! I am totally loving it!

I might have an Xbox by the time you ladys are back. I'm about 50% there. (although there is about 50$ in Loonies and toonies...and pennys)

BUT my gf bought this game on ps3 the other day (nice cheap sale lol) and she was glued to it!!! and she even let me TOUCH the controller and have a go hahaha

Need for Speed Undercover looks like a good rental, but i hate it when games have framerate issues, so that might just drive me nuts.
