"Brazil's Next Top Model" lesbian contestant gets voted off

AfterEllen.com reader Marcia tipped us off that Brazil's Next Top Model lesbian contesant Giovahnna Ziegler was voted off last week. Judges Fernanda Motta, Carlos Pazeto, Dudu Bert holini, Erika Palomino and Duda Molinos thought Giovahnna didn't make the cut after the latest challenge on the show's third cycle.

In her exit interview, 18-year-old Giovahnna said (roughly translated):

I'm a subversive a little arrogant lesbian tagger. My dream was to replace Kate Moss, but I will try something else for now, otherwise join the Federal Police force.

    I wish her the best BUT I have to agree with the judges: the pic with her and the tape is boring.  It COULD have been hot but she's not bringing anything to the photo- her hair is a mess, her posture is crap and she's not 'smiling with her eyes' as Tyra would say.

    Although she's in a ridiculous getup (models often are, lord bless 'em!), she still could have brought the fierceness but instead she just looks bored. It's a nothing photo. Her job as a model is to turn nothing into something and she didn't.

    i agree. never seen the show or her before but a picture like that should be hot. but its just plain boring lol. and thats not good for a model.
    shortypants is totally right. theres no 'smiling with the eyes' and theres no 'fierce' LOL. xD  its just nothing

    I agreed on Gionvanna's elimination according to her results and lack of professional attitude. She acted very imature at times. I am Brazilian, living in Sao Paulo (Brazil) and I've been following the show.
     
    But there is more !
    There is another lesbian on the show: Miriam, who is by coincidence, the girl who can be seen in the back of Giovana's elimination picture on this post. I certainly prefer her because she is more laidback and acts rather professionally.
     
    The final episodes are about to come. The first finalist will be announced in the next episode this week. There are four girls left now, including Miriam.
