B.J. Fletcher Private Eye: Season 2, Episode 6

The plot thickens for Private Eye B.J. Fletcher (Lindy Zucker) and her partner Georgia Drew (Dana Puddicombe) in the case of "Bitter Batter at the Dip 'n' Sip Bakery" as they race to discover the identity of the elusive saboteur. With the surprising reappearance of Fletcher's arch nemesis, Doyle (Jonathan Thomas) and Louis (Sean Tasson), Fletcher and George must race to put the pieces together before the bakery is forced to close for good.

When things take an unexpected turn, George enlists a reluctant Jenna (Vanessa Dunn) to help with the case.

stealthitivity & sneakiness

Oh Fletch, I didn't believe for one second that she'd be able to make that soup by herself but she was such a sweetheart to poor sick George. Stupid poison scones.

Fletch's impression of George made me giggle. That's a pretty big refrigerator for such a tiny bakery but I'm not too worried for Fletch. George and Jenna are on their way to save the day. I predict some 'I told you so's in the next episode. Can't wait for next week.

Foiled again by Doyle, but not for long...

Lured by German radio into the bakery's walk-in refrigerator, but not for long... because of course George and Jenna will save Fletch and the bakery next week.  This show has zero suspense, but it is well written, well acted, and fun to watch.

Fletch's impersonation of george

was funny as hell, and Fletch when you see a mysterious open fridge don't go in it.  This episode was awesome can't wait to see the next one.

I love this show! Especially

I love this show! Especially the "Murder She Wrote" theme song as Fletcher's ring tone. Ah, good times. The scene with Fletcher trying to make instant soup was priceless. She may be clueless, but her heart's in the right place. Can't wait for the next episode.

Oh man, I'm in love with George's Newfie accent.  (Although I am little freaked out that she and Jenna kinda look like sisters)

"I didn't do it!"

OMG... "I didn't do it!" That is so classic! I think it is awesome that Dana is willing to "take one for the team"! ;-)

Excellent dialog on the tape recorder...Fletch is freakin' hilarious!! I especially loved that she was mentioning "Crissy, Jack and Mr. Furley" in the list of people they needed to look out for. Yay for Three's Company! This show has a lot of brilliant references to other shows, which is both creative and funny. The details in this series are always very impressive. Well done!

I am still confused as to why Doyle is involved, they look more like they are burglars! I don't know why the owner would hire both "investigatory" teams, so I am stumped as to the purpose of their presence...could someone lend me a clue on that?

I look forward to seeing the plot unfold in the next episode. ;-)

Doyle's involvement

As Fletcher commented in the opening sequence, the owner has no idea who Doyle and Louis are, therefore their involvement is most likely to do with the plot to bring down the bakery! Keep watching to find out!

Thanks for watching!

Tandem bicycles freak me out

Tandem bicycles freak me out too! It's like, does one person control each wheel? Do they have to pedal in sync in order to move properly? A pox on them (be it small or chicken)!

Oh Fletch

As usual Fletch is in a pickle. I can't wait to see how she gets out of this one. Also, I read in the comments that George's accent is from Newfoundland. Thanks to agent99 for knowing that. I've been wondering what it was since the beginning of the show.
