HA! i'm first!
I hope you don't mind my saying this...
I like the idea of a fashion advice blog and it shows that a lot of thought and enthusiasm has been put into making it and I do appreciate Alexi's work......but something is really off about this blog series....it looks too rigid and made up.....it doesn't just flow effortlessly, even though she is a pretty girl who would look good in many different outfits .... she doesn't just carry them like they areher natural style and its just a bunch of ensembles that she put together and it happens to turn out good. She herself looks quite unsure.... almost like someone who is learning a new skill ..nothing wrong with that.....but check out williamsledd on youtube and you will know what i am talking about. I say this with the intention to encourage to do better, not criticise for the sake of it. Hope i didn't come across harsh.
Just my two pence, from london.
I appreciate the
smile more! :-)
i know in the fashion world the models don't really smile on the runway, but it's only natural to smile and ogle yourself when you think you look great in something!...just a suggestion ;-)
ETA: one more thing that i thought of is that it might be good for you to talk about an outfit while you have it on instead of after...i dunno, just another idea! i love the vlog and i thank you for all of the effort that you put into it each week!
Don't
mind them i think ur super hot and funny i love the vlog and will continue to. Thank you for putting ur time and effort into the vlog.
Here to make u smile!! And to get ur#!
AGREED!
Glad to see someone finally said something...
It's a shame, because these fashion blogs could be fun and aesthetically-inspiring; instead they appear to be a high-school video exercise, with an awkward sense of the camera, and an even more awkward sense of fashion.
I.e. yikes.
Just my two centimes from paris.
Great topic, Alexi!
I really dig the jacket that you chose as part of your second ensemble-- I have one very similar to it.
Ater years of playing sports, studying martial arts, and taking dance classes, I've developed a pretty athletic figure. People frequently remark on my toned arms, broad shoulders, and narrow hips, so- depending on the occasion- I often have to grapple with either drawing attention to or playing down those features. Also, since I'm not very curvy like the rest of the women in my family, I will sometimes get clothing tailored so it fits me the right way.
By the way, you in the gym= so f***ing cute...you're such a goofball! Oh, and I think you have a fabulous body :)
"Ayo! I'm tired of using technology...I need you right in front of me."
Hahah you at the beginning,
Hahah you at the beginning, "Body pride!" as you just about stop breathing. No jk but that made me laugh.
I love the second outfit! So cute. Anna Friel, nice choice. :D
Oh I disagree with the straight up and down thing though. They can't pull off things for curvy girls or people with boobs, etc... Kate looks hot in anything anyways though.
Yeah man, like i said..
Yeah man, like i said.. actual boobs DO look awesome in a lot of things. ;-) they serve several great purposes.
OMFG
I almost DIED laughing during the gym parts. LOL the socks and the baby weights... priceless!!! Too fucking funny.
Yeah, Im super jealous of Kate and Kristen's ability to look great in anything. And Kate's hair. Want it.
great work
omg
lol. you in the gym kind of made me laugh tons....."you're such a weiner". i frickin love your mom dude. Funny as always, dearrrr.
lol
your expressions are priceless. Especially at the end where you were talking about the girls you crush on. Great Vid =p
excitement
Lexi i just got you a date with Kristin Chenoweth and DIRECTLY after that, Leisha Hailey.....its funny, i had a dream about you Kristin and Leisha. it was so weird. you were all dancing, and you were dressed like elves......
YOU HAVE PERFECT BOOBS!
Stop trying to hide them, man. I tell you this all the time. You have that going for you.
lmao @ you spitting on yourself. It was très sexy.
Fave outfits were the first & second.
I pose this problem to you: what about those of us who plan on getting drunk and having fun times with our ladies when we go out? Wouldn't you say that spanks are unnecessary because who wants to go that extra step when you rush to get home to be with them?
Btw, I envy your mom's camera skills. I think she does better than I do.
to be honest...
im gonna be honest here and say that there is nothing wrong with your body and to aspire to have the body of Kate Meonnig or whoever has her body type is kinda dissapointing, i honestly dont see anything attractive about their bodies and they definetly dont look healthy to me.
curves are great and they should be embraced and encouraged (who'd want to fondle a flat chest?!) and those 'spanx' things might be useful to some people but i am honestly against them. i mean, something that will squeaze all your bulges in, doesnt sound like a comfortable idea to me.
the shirt with the collar outfit was definetly a fav, even though i have a size 34C chest and finding buttoned shirts that wont gap in the boobs area is a nightmare, but i still wont tape them to my chest anytime soon.
agreed
I agree, and thats a great outlook to have. Unfortunately not everyone has it!
I definitely don't want to change my body. sorry if it came across that way.
Oh, and the gaps in the boob area with buttoned shirts = horrible. sometimes i just get a size bigger.. and tuck the bottom in.
im glad...
im glad my opinion was not misunderstood. i believe that in this manipulative age of the media trying to dictate girls on what is attractive and what is not, there should be an alternative opinion about body image. and it would be so much better if it came from an LGBT perspective.
btw, this is a complete random thought, but i just discovered that one of my freinds, who must be size 8 or even smaller (british size) is into wearing those Spanx. it gave me the shock of my life really, i feel like giving her a sandwich everytime i see her and she squezes herself into one of those...things. *tut tut*
