so far the music is wonderful. i think the food from episode 4 should be done a little in each episode. like either before the workout or after.... mix it up alittle. Also, i feel briana should have someone new lead HER class. Another words, Briana uses her class, but have one of her students run/lead each week.

Great episode. I loved this concept and it was great to see the journey that you guys went through. You guys have motivated me so much and am grateful for Brianna for that. It was great to see you guys get to cut loose.

 BTW Karman's hair looks awesome!

the show would be cool, if you had the food part, followed by a workout and then the massage!! read do the show. the production, and music is wonderful!

I've been following this vlog from day one, and, for some reason, I can't see the latest video.  I have just a blank box where the video should be.  I'm not having trouble on any other websites.  Any suggestions?

I finally tried the spinach-banana smoothie, and added some blackberries. It was better than I expected and felt like I was really drinking something clean and healthy. I plan to have it more often and cut out dairy as much as possible, too.

Thanks for bringing us this vlog - it was something different and I actually learned some new things. I'm glad everyone felt great and enjoyed The Dinah (bummer not to hear from Bridget, but I guess she's a busy lady).

CleveOhGal- I don't know that I can help you as I haven't had any problems with their new player. I'm on a Mac with Firefox. Probably just need to make sure you have all the latest flash/vid upgrades?

I seriously can't get enough of Briana's workouts/looks!
