Thank you!

Yay! Finally something good in this day that has been all bad... I love Donna! And as one of the 'younger' viewers I must say that Desert Hearts is one of my favourites! It took me a couple of times watching it before I fell completely in love with it, although I liked it immediately.

I bought the special edition a couple of months ago, is that the same as the re-release? I don't want to have to buy another version:p Haha!

Wow, the sequel(s) should be interesting... Can't wait for that!

Great interview! (not entirely finished watching though:p But I'm sure those final minutes are great too!)

Poetic

I bought the new release DVD a couple of months ago, and it is, indeed, amazing. The love scene, and the making of it, are poetic.

Can't wait for the sequel/s!

Thanks for another great interview.

Wow

Wow it was so nice to see this interview. We just recently reviewed Desert Hearts for the Retro Review show and it was just an amazing movie. Check out the review. http://www.afterellen.com/blog/trishbendix/retro-reviewing-video-episode... It was also nice to hear the mention of The Well of Loneliness. I remember looking up that book when I was younger and just coming out. Thanks Donna Deitch for making Desert Hearts! I absolutely loved it. Rina
