TV Alert: Eliza Dushku on “Bonnie Hunt” todayIf you don’t think Bonnie Hunt is absolutely adorable, then you can’t possibly have watched her show. Quite honestly, I think Bonnie has the best talk show on TV right now. (There, I’ve said it.) For one thing, she features puppies on a regular basis. And puppets.
And pole entrances. (Yes, that’s Kathryn Morris.)
If you haven’t discovered the joy of Bonnie, today is a great time to watch, since
Last week in a group panel at the Paley Festival, Dushku expressed hope that the series, which she produces, will get a second season: There've been some changes inside Fox I don't know if you're aware of … It's not just a Nielsen world anymore. They factor in DVR. They factor in iTunes and Hulu, and we seem to have a pretty rich, pretty strong fan base. People are really getting into the show and [creating good] word of mouth, and the shows are getting more and more complicated and twisted. I feel like people are talking about it even more, and hopefully that gets back to the folks at Fox. In other words, watch Dollhouse, m-kay? Preferably online, so FOX will see the numbers.

Eliza...What a doll!
I just finished watching Eliza's appearence on "The Bonnie Hunt Show"; and, as usual, she was amazing, adoreable, and incredible. And, I finally figured out what the tattooed words on her backside means. ;)
Of note, I attended a convention this past weekend; where "Dollhouse" co-star, Mark Sheppard appeared; and he told me that, not only is he not certain that the show WON'T come back for another season, that Joss himself, isn't holding out much hope either...
So, perhaps, we either need to step up the campaign for it's continuation...Or, enjoy it while it lasts...

As of last weekend, (Friday or Saturday?) Fox execs actually called Joss and told him not to give up hope. There's at least one really high up Fox exec pulling for DH, so that's something. And with Prison Break doing horribly in ratings (it was supposed to blow DH out of the water when it premiered last week, but failed to even match DH's ratings for past weeks) there's an even better chance that episode 13 which was initially NOT going to air might air.
Therefore, the chances of DH getting renewed now are actually better than they were a couple weeks ago. Fox has consistently said they're interested in the show and even Joss is admitting that he's hopeful.
For more info about DH, always check Whedonesque.com. They're insane Whedonites, so they're always finding new articles, new quotes, new speculations to bring up. Also, there's at least one dude who posts there who works for the press and has inside contacts with Fox executives and his information has always been 100% reliable.

I love eliza. She seems very aware of the world and intellegent. I like when actresses are also secret geniuses.
Dollhouse had a rough start, but lately its gotten SO good. Joss Whedon always delivers. I really hope it gets a 2nd season, cause I'd love to see how they continue this story.

It gets better and better. If they continue to keep viewer's interests, I think DH will do just fine. It's way better than a lot of the crap they put on TV nowadays..
(and it's more interesting than season 6 of The L Word..)
