OK, it's not actually the jungle; it's Australia, but can you tell the difference?
On a recent episode, Robert Kilroy-Silk decided to grill Navratilova about being a lesbian. "Are you like me? Do you look at girls and fancy them?" he asked her while they were sitting around in their khakis, not-showering. "Yeah, it depends if I'm in a relationship or not," she told him. "Which I usually am, so I try to shut it out. But if I see a beautiful woman I'm like, 'Wow, she's gorgeous.'" No word yet on if she finds either of the two women who seem to take a liking to her on the show beautiful and/or gorgeous, although she did turn down Nicola McLean's offer to let her touch her boobs, which two other contestants obliged. Nicola McLean Meanwhile, contestant Dani Behr has apparently been "eying" Martina. According to the UK's Sun, "The former Word presenter, 37, has been caught ogling the Czech legend, 52, on numerous occasions." Wow, Martina has got it going on. Dani Behr Last week, In a head-to-head water balloon carrying contest, Navratilova shouted out encouragement to her opponent, Carly Zucker. "Good shot!" she shouted across the swamp. Her classy sportsmanship translates to the wild, apparently. In her autobiography, Navratilova said of her defection to America that it allowed her to be, "as brash as New York, as hedonistic as Los Angeles, as sensuous as San Francisco, as brainy as Boston, as proper as Philadelphia, as brawny as Chicago, as warm as Palm Springs." I suppose those are all qualities you need to survive in the jungle, even the warmth part. Here's Martina sharing a hug with a fellow celebrity, and yeah, that's George Takei in the background.

Worst show ever
Hmm...
^^^ I completely agree, and lets face it, there are only a few of them that could be called celebrities, and thats in its loosest terms! I can't bring myself to watch it, although everyone else seems to!
I think its very clever casting all around. There are three openly gay contestants - Martina, George Takei and the first ever openly gay police officer, and then theres Robert Kilroy-Silk a well known racist/homophobe, who formed an elitist British political party which states that the UK is for white people, amongst other things. He used to have a successful chat show on the BBC, but he was reportedly sacked because of his beliefs. Throw in a popular older Jewish presenter (Esther Rantzen) and there is potential fireworks. They knew what they were doing.. I think that Kilroy-Silk realises this though, because apparently he has been getting on extremely well with everyone.

It was actually a gay man (Brian) and a women (Esther Rantzen) who touched Nicola's boobs, not two obliging straight males as you imply. It says so in one of the articles you quote ^ ^.
It is a terribe show still.
Celebrity rubbish
I can understand why some of the other "celebrities" who don't know where their next check is coming from would agree to do it, but Martina? Sad.
At least I have my complete set of the UK version of Little Britain. Quality!

i have watched the show on some of the previous years, but not constantly every episode. i don't really get people's obssession with reality tv now.
it's boring and been done to death, so i've not watched any of this series. it's the same thing every year, with different wannabe celebs and different has been celebs. boring!!

it's filmed in Australia, in the Gold Coast Hinterland, which is CLEARLY 'jungle'!
Think all the celebs hide out in either the Sheraton Mirage, or the Versace Hotel when they're finished on the show. nice work if you can get it eh!
Still, it's been raining on the coast most of today and didn't get much about 22c/72f so it's not all sunshine.
