This reminds me of the episode in Season 2 when Mark is interviewing Jenny and Shane for his porn collection documentary and they're both spreading cream cheese on their bagels from Whole Foods.  I think one of them eventually takes a tiny bite, after smoothing out the topping for the duration of the conversation.

Ok, i checked in my kitchen drawer to find something suitable for Dana. Evaluation...

1. Jumbo silicon spatula (perfect! serve it up! .....nah too predictable)

2. Aha, Buthcher Knife! (Too messy)

3. Ahhhhh simplicity... Chopsticks (can be hidden in Bette's stirfry after job is done)
