The bad girl flirts with Agent Sarah Walker on "Chuck"

Because it's up against Gossip Girl, I'm guessing most of you aren't watching NBC's spy comedy Chuck. So, I'd like to take a second to introduce you to the star of the show, my girlfriend, Agent Sarah Walker. This is her:

And these are her adorable Chuck Taylors. Why don't you say hello to her?

Um, seriously, say hello.

Awesome, I'm so glad you two hit it off. I really wanted you to get friendly with her.

Hey, whoa! Not that friendly. Her eyes are up here. Hey! I said up here. Geez.

Anyway, the reason I want to introduce you to Agent Sarah Walker is that she's been training with the CIA from the time that she was a teenager, so she doesn't have a lot of exposure to regular people — especially regular ol' lesbians and bisexuals. In fact, her interactions with women in general is one fist fight after the other.

If it's not Julie Cooper holding a gun to her head...

...It's Lucy Diamond holding a gun to her head.

The only bisexual woman in Sarah's life is Anna from the Buy More, but they don't hang out an awful lot unless Anna happens to be around when Sarah is saving Chuck's life. And the only woman who has ever flirted with her did so in Monday night's "Chuck Versus the Best Friend," and, well, this is how that went down:

So, see, 50 percent of the lezbos and bisexuals she knows have tried to kill her. We need to befriend her, to show her that our community is warm and accepting. Will you give Sarah Walker a chance? Monday nights at 8 p.m. EST on NBC? Get close to her, but not too close. She is, after all, my girlfriend.

    Sarah is MINE! and so is her Aussie accented twin Yvonne Strahovski. They're both bearing my children so Back off!

    Seriously though, Chuck has been one of my favorite shows since its first episode, and the lovely Sarah isn't the only reason. The show is great with talented actors that have a reactive chemistry with each other. It's a pleasure to watch every week.

    I love that people are finally catching on to the genius that is Chuck.

    By the way, have you actually heard her accent in the actor interviews on abc.com? Goodness, it just melts your bones.

    all that spork is doing is reminding me of that 50s style PSA about same sex marriage. ..and the lesbian knife fight involving said knife and a cup.... yeah.

    We LOVE Chuck. Everyone should be watching this instead of Gossip Girl, or invest in a DVR.

    I LOVE Chuck!  Like Salaam said, it's got a great cast (Adam Baldwin too!) and doesn't take itself too seriously.  It can be a little quirky, but that's why I love it.

    I just did a serious double take.  In the third picture from the top, the very lovely Ms. Walker looks so much like Kate Lockley from Angel that I actually have a screencap that is a near perfect match.

     

    Guess the old yarn about everyone having a twin is true...

    I've loved it from the very first episode.  Such a great show with awesome storylines. I did give a little "wooooo" when Anna was chatting on Sarah very closely in this past episode.  But I love Chuck and Sarah - and in the suburbia episode when she made Chuck breakfast...  :)

    (My ex and I even made up a little dance to the opening credits)

    I watch not only my girlfriends Sarah AND Blair, but my OTHER girlfriend 13 on House, MD.  All of them being on at 8pm Mondays hasn't stopped me!

    Yvonne Strohvoisdgsdgiukiki (sp) is pretty adorable.

    Chuck's the show my dad and I bond over, ha ha. He not-so-secretly wants to be in the Nerd Herd, on the off chance he'll eventually become a super seekrit spy down the line. So wish him luck, my dear internet!

    Can someone explain to me when those shoes stopped being called Converse and started being called Chucks?  I have heard people talking about how wearing "Chucks" was dykey and never knew what they were talking about (I figured it was some sort of fashion thing more expensive than I'd buy, actually!).

    But it turns out they have just been Converse sneakers all along?

    i have a lovely pair of 15 year old Stars n Stripes Chucks i only wear on the 4th of July. 

    as for my favorite Chuck . . .  i think the dialogue and relationships between the characters is the best i've seen since Buffy (and yes, that's a tall order).  it's my favorite show and the OMG eye candy that is Yvonne Strahovski is only part of the allure.  but to entice those of you not in the know yet -- Tricia Helfer is supposed to have a guest staring role this season.  Sarah and Six . . . dreamy.

    Agent Walker is the whole reason i watch Chuck!! And it doesnt hurt that she is smokin'. i kinda miss the weinerlicious uniform and pigtails...well thats just me.

    Chuck is my favorite currently-running TV show, only second to Lost!eheh I'm praying that it doesn't get cancelled over the silly timeslot/schedule (?) they put it in, against giants like House and Gossip Girl...

    Other than that, I'm deeply in love with both Sarah, Chuck and Capt. Awesome, so you can see why I love the show so much. ^^

    I really enjoyed this week's episode, was one the best so far I think.

    I have been watching Chuck from the beginning. And even after all the criticisim from my friends, I still continue to watch it. Not to mention I was soooo excited to see Jordana Brewster on the show as a spy.
