Deperate Lesbian subtext would read into this as.. they realised they had feelings for each other and something happened between them, then one of them wigged out - prob Naomi - so they had an argument and fell out.

Im thinking this should resurface sometime soon and give us some good lezzy screen time.

well i guess its a take or leave kinda issue they're bring in this character so more of the gay community will watch..having her hook up with silver would be an ideal dream but i wouldn't mind if they also hooked her up with naomi just not under the circumstances she stated but its not fair that she'll appear on 1 episode its like a tease to have her hook up with 1 of the beautiful ladies on the show then that's it she's gone just like the other bisexual character if they want more lesbian/bisexual girls to watch then they need to have a regular main character without the typical old clichés

i TOTALLY agree that Silver should play the gay character, she is sooo pretty. and i kinda always suspected she might be gay in real life, haha. thats just what i think, i wish. and silver and adrianna should 'get a little crazy' and have some lip-to-lip contact. haha

Months ago there was a paparazzi video of McCord sitting at an outdoor bistro with a friend camping it up for photographers flirting and blowing kisses to each other, when pressed by the fotogs for more info McCord only increased her behavior in a lesbian tinged fashion in hopes of increasing speculation concerning her sexual orientation and to qwell the purient desires of the male fotogs who were shouting: "Kiss her again Anna."

So Anna  complied all in the hopes of fitting into the bisexual role perhaps?  See actors who are the "flavor of the month" don't audition in the traditional sense anymore because in Hollywood you are Always ON.

In response to this video there was a backlash from lesbians who claimed that generally we don't act out like this in public, holding up Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson as proof (there are NO pics of them carrying on in a similar fashion).

Who would have thought that Lindsay Lohan would be cited as n example of acceptable public behavior?

As a result the video which is still on the internet floating around  under: Is Anna McCord a lesbian or something like that faded from prominence.  Until now.

Gee I was really hoping for some insider dirt too.

The only thing wrong with the photo of Annalynne kissing another girl, is that IIRC the other girl in the photo is her sister!

However we know that Annalynne is okay with kissing other girls... see her appearances on Nip/Tuck.

All that being said I'm still with everyone else who keeps hoping that we see Silver as our bisexual/lesbian character!

....I have nothing constructive to add to this, never having watched 90210, but I'm posting anyway, cos Rumer Willis is really cute! Shes got a kinda weird mix of her parents features, almost as if you covered from her nose down it was Demi, but from if you covered from the nose up it would be Bruce, but I still love her! lol

I do agree though that it is a kinda 'safe' casting, she is not the 'normal' looking character for this kind of show - oh who am I kidding? ANY kind of show (for women at lest, it seams to be alright to have the geeky lead male, but thats for another rant) and she definatly has quirky and alternative down........hmm I guess you will just have to watch and see.....! :)

So far as your comments on Rumer Willis' looks: I think you should take the time to reconsider your thought of her beauty. She may not be what is considered "beautiful" to you (which is very vain of you to say) but I think she looks and seems lovely. Also - looking from your picture, some might not consider you to not be conventionaly pretty, but I won't go there. I commend her attempts to follow her parent's foot steps. Whats wrong with that? I admit that the character she'll play may be the stereotypical lesbian, but what can we do. Like hetero characters, some homosexual characters may be not be preppy or the picture of moral perfection.

So far as your comments on Silver: I agree that seeing Silver as a lesbian would great. But I actually quite like her relationship story with Dixon, and I think its one of the more developed plots in the show. If Silver all the sudden got involved with a lesbian relationship and end it (like most young teens in any relationship), many would probably rant on about how writers get tired of lesbian plotlines, etc etc. Which I do admit can be a bit of a downer sometimes.

yea i agree with the article.. im not for rumer willis and the cliche introduction of what heteros think a lesbian looks like and acts like.  i guess im just tired of the same plotline!  could we please get a hot lesbian who is NORMAL and doesnt have some drug addiction?  or how about a lesbian MAIN character?

OH and kissing girls to get guys is just stupid anyway!  i mean its too easy to get a guy u like without having to torture some young lesbian with a playful makeout session.  like girls even need to try to get with a guy!  psht yea right!
