"Resident Evil: Extinction" posters: Thrilling in many waysWhen I went to NewFest (New York's LGBT film fest) last month, one of the gayest things I saw was the Resident Evil: Extinction poster in the lobby. I mean, hello:
I'm not a big Milla Jovovich fan, and I don't even know if I'll see this movie — I'm still getting over the death of Michelle Rodriguez's character in the first Resident Evil flick. But I do enjoy the posters. Here's another, just released last week:
Still not as good as the poster for The Brave One, but definitely badass. Also, am I the only one who didn't know Ali Larter (Heroes) is in this movie? So is Ashanti. Here's a trailer (in keeping with other Resident Evil trailers, it looks like a commercial at first, but it's not): Submitted by on July 9, 2007 - 1:04pm. |

Chick Flick
Now this is my idea of a chick flick...
..ladies bonding over dead zombie like creatures, I think I'm going to cry it's just so touching, oscar material too no doubt. ;)
~Strike while the Muse is hot~
Definitly
Oh i am right with ya!
Chicks with guns, fighting nasty evils, kicking some serious butt. That is my ideal chick flick. :-) Can't wait for The Brave One and The Sarah Connor Chronicles... time for some serious girls only entertainment nights...
I will definitely be seeing
I will definitely be seeing this movie.
I love zombie movies, and anything somewhat resembling zombies.
I feel really gay right now.
heh
I'm with you on this one.
So gay right now.
Janet: Everybody's talking about it.
Amy: About what?
Janet: How you met Lucy and lived to tell about it. They're calling you a hero, when really you're a slut.
Amy: You shut up
Janet: A gay slut.
Milla
I'm with you on that one! I
Oh man, I know! Her album is
Ali Larter. Chiks kicking
Ali Larter. Chiks kicking ass. *sigh*.
Milla kickin' ass...
...is something I love to watch. I bought "Ultraviolet" for that reason alone (I admit the story was better than expected).
"I can explain why I like, but not why I love."
Okay ... Thank you! Now, I
Okay ... Thank you! Now, I want to see Resident Evil, just to see Michelle Rodriguez again! Well, I do like the movie too ...
anyone else getting the
anyone else getting the alien vibe with her hair like that?
she was way hotter in ultaviolet
Milla & Ali
I am SO there.
Fall looks promising, yeah?
Ooooh, a little “Planet of
Ooooh, a little “Planet of the Apes” action there with the panning of the camera over the Statue of Liberty. This movie looks like fun and I have to admit I am a Milla fan (just wish I could pronounce her last name, LOL!) as long as she doesn’t open her mouth. Looks like a hellofa lot more fun than my last visit to LV.
“What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!” Thank God!!
This is...
She kicks ass!!!!
I love every films she was in !!!!!!!! (Oh!!!! except ! Ultraviolet)...
SHe 's so hot and very unique!!!!!!!!!
What??
Ultraviolet ROCKED! Umm, ok, it was not the clearest story line, and the other characters were rather 2-D, but she was great! I loved the fight choreography!
I actually just bought this poster on eBay, as I have collected ALL of the resident evil posters. I can't wait for the full theatrical release (as opposed to the teaser) poster to come out.
Milla is AWESOME!
A-
"Even when it's over, there's more sh*t to do!"
**Spoiler**
I liked that it wasn't the fact she was a woman, but that she lost a child the reason she bonded with Six. It was still cliche but not as the woman part.
"I can explain why I like, but not why I love."
Cannot friggin' Wait!!!
Milla rocks and rules y'all!! She's hilarious in interviews! Her characters are all awesome (Leeloo, hello?). I'm easily freaked by horror films, but I'm def. a die-hard Resident Evil fan. Again, how cute can she get doing interviews??? LOL :)
Check out this interview.
Ultimate Chick Flick!!!
Not missing this one on the big screen, and then will probably purchase the dvd, lmao. You can never have enough of Milla kicking some Zombie ass!!!!
"You and I wear the dangerous looseness of doom and find it becoming. Life, for eternal us, is now and now is much to busy being a little more than everything to seem anything, catastrophic included.."
so.. excited..
very excited for this to come out for sure.
and I can't wait to score the poster ^.^
ahh the joys of working at an evil video store.. if only I'd been there when the first one came out o.o or not.. no nevermind..
anyway.. stoked!
i heart milla.
hell, yeah, i love milla. never missed a single movie. i dont like horror films but i just loved the RE sequels.
milla is not a conventional figure. you have to analyze her to fully appreciate her talent and beauty. whats endearing is that she's never afraid to be goofy and funny...cos thats what she is.
and she was smart enough to set herself free from the vacuous life of a supermodel...
resident evil
Does anyone know how to find out when the premiere?
