She probably has a drinking problem and isn't getting the help she needs. Poor thing, and wait before you comment on that. Anyone who has an additiction and doesn't get help is a poor thing. They can't see that they need to be sober. So it's not so much I feel bad that she has a drinking problem it's the fact that she can't see she does.

Well she will be even hotter once she cleans her shit up.

In 2003, Michelle Rodriguez was charged in Los Angeles with hit-and-run and failure to exchange insurance information, plus driving with a suspended (New Jersey) license and driving without a valid California license.

Later in 2003, she was pulled over for speeding through a Hollywood Boulevard intersection. She was charged with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and driving without a valid license.

In August of 2005, she was clocked going 80 mph in a 50 mph zone.  Two months later she was caught driving 90 mph in a 35 mph zone.  One month after that she was ticketed for driving 83 mph in a 55 mph zone.   Eleven days after that, she was arrested on Oahu after failing a field sobriety test, registering a blood-alcohol level of 0.145 percent, nearly twice the legal limit of 0.08.  When arrested, she was described as "argumentative and rude". For this incident she served 5 days in jail.   She was already on probation, and because she violated that, she was sentenced to 60 days in jail.  She served four hours and 20 minutes, but she was sentenced to community service, which she did not do.  In fact she provided the court with fake documents saying she had completed community service in LA on Sept 25.  The City Attorney later proved she was in New York on that day.   For all this, she was sentenced to 180 days in jail.  Today she was released after 18.

If she has a problem then she needs to get some help quick. I agree that when in an addiction it's hard to see the light, but let's be honest, I don't want her low point to be when she runs someone over.

I was so happy when I first read this. I'm sorry, but save prison for those of whom are only a direct threat to society.

oh and WHAT DRINKING PROBLEM!?! It's been allmost 2 years since she actually got busted for a DUI. She went to jail for repeated parole violations not for recent drinking though she did state that she had a little champagne at a fashion show but only just and the poperotcy are the proof of that by only being able in the past 6 months to get pictures of her drinking nothing more stronger then health shakes while on walks with her girlfriend.

 I agree with momma bear.  I really think she has a drinking problem.  I hope she is able to get the help she needs.  The same with the dreaded miss Lohan they have talent and it's fascinating but sad to watch these young girls destroy their lives and career's.

It appeared that she was pulling out of Hollywood a while back and starting a clothing line but that fell through and she went back to acting.  I wish her luck!
