You Can't Take Them Anywhere! IN Magazine Anniversary Party

In the first episode of their new red carpet/travel series, You Can't Take Them Anywhere!, Bridget McManus and Karman Kregloe attend IN Los Angeles magazine's 10th anniversary party and ask fun and vaguely inappropriate questions of partygoers, including actresses Carlease Burke and Thea Gill, IN Magazine's resident lesbian Courtney Jackson, radio host Doria Biddle, and Women on a Roll founder Andrea Meyerson.

They also run into two women who work for the June Mazer Lesbian Archives and discuss their favorite items in the collection.

And of course, there's the requisite drunk guy (it wouldn't be a party without one!).

    This was such a brilliant idea, the only thing that could make it better would be to perhaps see Karman and Bridget do interviews together and for it to be longer. Other than that it's perfect!

    Best idea ever yes!!! Bridget & Karman were fantastic at the 3way premiere, so it really is the best idea and a very logical idea for a new vlog :D i'm off watching it now, i died when i saw that, had to comment first :p

    I love that Sarah Warn keeps coming up with more great vlogs to keep us AfterEllen fans glued forever to our computers.
     
    Thank you Sarah for giving us more Bridget McManus (and Karman Kregloe).  I've been talking up Bridget to everyone I know-I'm officially enamored with her!
     
    I can't wait to continue getting an insiders view into all of these great events that Bridget and Karman will be covering for You Can't Take Them Anywhere.  Bridget and Karman rock my world!

    Best idea ever to have Bridget and Karman with their own vlog!  Brains & Beauty!

    Karman is great at doing interviews and it makes me smile just to look at Bridget.  Their chemistry is spot on!

    Whoever came up with this vlog is just...brilliant! The two AE ladies I have the biggest crushes on in a vlog together *dies* Now, to see the two of them interacting, cause they have fantastic chemistry together.

    But, this truly is a borderline genius idea.

     What with Karman and her southern charm and droll sense of humour, coupled with Bridget's general smile-enducing ways; how can a girl NOT be delighted.

    I've been watching WGN and BWB for a number of months now and they are the main reason I got hooked onto the AE website. 

    Good work AE, once again.  Furthermore, thanks to all involved (particularly Sarah) for this fantastic website,

    Just to say this. Bridget has a lot of willpower, or power over herself. I know she's not perfect and there may have been some small hiccups but for the most part, she consistently turns down alcohol. I am so impressed, i really am. You don't see that often and it goes against the social norms. I also don't drink alcohol (It's against the five precepts). It's not easy. But don't take my word, try it and see! I am surprised that no one else has commented on it.

    I have no idea how Bridget feels about drinking (nor do I care), but I understood she turned down the champagne because you cannot hold it and a camera at the same time.

    Besides, haven't we seen her drinking, for example, in her hot valentine BwB episode?

    Some people drink, others don't. It's a personal choice. I don't think not drinking is that impressive.

    fantastic idea. I am loving AE right now.

    As far as the actual vlog, Bridget and Karman complement each other quite nicely. I'm excited to see what kind of trouble they get themselves into next. And after seeing Andrea Meyerson on BWB and now this, she seems super cool and down to earth. It would be fun to chat with her while having a couple adult beverages. Makes me wish I was in LA and not residing in conservative middle America.

    Can't wait for the next vlog!
