    OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!

    OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!

I seriously screamed in my house. As if it wasn't enough to see Zanele Muholi whose work is all over my computer but then to get the shout out I swear I almost passed out.

I love Zanele's work so much that I even emailed about ordering a print and then found out they were $1800 which is too much for my grad student budget.

Another great episode, I'm so mad I'm not going to make it back to NY in time for the concert on the 12th. This is seriously the best Vlog on AE

    Toronto sounds fabulous!

Toronto sounds fabulous! And that backyard is so beautiful! I recognized her photo from the profile pic too, I always thought that photo was lovely.

You two are so adorable together :) I miss not wearing a bra, myself. One of the worst part of weight gain for me is that my breasts got bigger. That having been said, I love busty women. There's something so amazing about soft curves.

    And I'm feelin' that hat.

    Toronto

It's a lovely city that has something for everyone:  sports; theatres and arts; museums (including the hockey hall of fame); large shopping centres and unique stores; the St. Lawrence Market which sells just about every variety of food and antiques; the waterfront area (on Lake Ontario); the world's second tallest free-standing tower; nature trails in and around the city, and just a short ferry ride to the Toronto Islands which have beautiful walking paths, beaches and an amusement park.  And, of course, there is the gay village.  It is an excellent place for a vacation.

We even get warm, sunny weather....you can wear shorts with your toque, eh.  ; )  Come to think of it, maybe the next AE meet up should be in Toronto (you know, for those of us who continue to put off getting a passport).

Love the vlog!  Keep it coming...please

Some day I believe we will be judged based on who we are and what we did, opposed to what we are and who we do.

I think you should shoot your vlogs outside all summer

It adds such a lovely peaceful element to the video, with all the natural sights and sounds.

Now that I hear you talk about Toronto like that, I may try to make it to the Toronto Pride this year (or maybe next!)

Good to see a fellow African with you - sad that I never made it over to S. Africa even after living in Zimbabwe for so long.

I.love.you.people! You lot are beautiful! And by the way, Hannifah, I'm with Olive this week - can't think of a single thing to do with that hat. Perhaps black fishnets and a tail? Do a puss-in-boots type of get-up!?? Sorry, thats the best I can do!

    Meowwwww!

Love never loses its way home. Remember...its about the journey, not the destination

    Kensington Market

Hey there, just a note for Sarah that it's called Kensington Market.

Go Toronto! I'm glad someone (or 2) made it to the film festival this year. Thanks for vlog this week.

    informative

I've loved that Zanele Muholi photo for years. People never give her credit for it so it was nice to finally learn the name of the photographer.
