As for unsigned musicians checkout my good friend Melanie Susuras. She has a new CD coming out right now called "Stop to Stand". Fingerprints and Unfinished are both really good...and she's OUT.

a huge influence on me. This week I purchased not one, but two new blazers! (One blue, of course, and one black for those formal occasions.) The funny thing is I have no place in particular to wear them. So, after I finish this entry I'm donning one of said new blazers to go out and spray for insects. What do you think, blue or black?

Also, I think I like the word Saphacrat. It sounds as if it could still be said with a certain amount of authority and confidence even if impaired. And by impaired I mean drunk.

Lesbeau, believe it or not, has been used occasionally by Dutch lesbians for some time. The magazine Z|Z actually did a Miss Lesbeau pageant. The mainstream never really caught on, though. (Thank god.)

Lesbiologist sounds more like my roommate, the straight biologist. She’s had to fend off more stupid questions about living with a lesbian than I ever have about being a lesbian.

Saphacrat has my vote. It is a thing of beauty. So is Sappho being the Ani DiFranco of her time.

on a random side note...as you were talking about "the portuguese club", i couldn't help but laugh b/c down the road from where i live there is the serbian club..but when you look at the sign its very deceiving and the style of lettering they use it literally looks like it says "The Lesbian Club"! lol a few of my friends have drove past and made a comment about it...they're always like "wait..did that just say lesbian club!?" so the new word for lesbian is serbian where i live! well not really..lol

I'm still laughing at: "I'm a mascara and blush lesbian"/"I don't like the ones that like me" or something like that.

Raimy is sweet and her band promoting is cool. Does she play an instrument? Does Raimy sing? How good would it be if she was your band. Just a thought for the vlog and for when you become the 1st woman to host a primetime tv talk show.

Some of us have high expectations for you Lizbian!

My radar is pretty sharp these days, but it's time to get a lezaurus. I think I need newer and improved labels. Labels are fun.

Labelling comes handy sometimes before making a bad and embarrassing mess, like when one did not "read" well or "ask" the labels properly. Does it makes sense? Who knows. I'm rambling.

Feldman you need a longer vlog. Definitely.

More time for the interviews, more questions,

more topping, I mean flirting with your guests

and all that fun stuff that makes us laugh.

And you are right they don't have to be a bottom cause switches are great.

Not watched yet but was anyone a little bit disappointed not to see an L word cast member, I half expected Laurel Holloman, Jennifer Beals or Leisha!

I was actually happy that it wasn't someone from The L Word. I love the show and all and thought that Kate and Erin were fantastic but it's nice that Liz changed it up a bit and put someone on the show that was as funny as she was. Just sayin!

For the record, since French classes must be way off, Lesbeau actually uses 'beau', the MALE adjective for beautiful in French. Therefore, 'Lesbelle' would be more accurate (that is, if you are adressing laydz..). I'll still go for saphacrat, smart and edgy. Like me. Errr Like Liz.

Let the French readers know when you're in Paris for your honeymoon, we'll make sure to all wear blue blazers on that occasion.
