I didn't watch the Chronicles before and i haven't seen any terminator movies but i think i'm gonna fill  that gap!

You gals remind me of some of my friends. Anyways great job on the vlog. You had me cracking up and agreeing with yall. Loved the lil john and lil kim allusions cause my mind went wandering to that area before you said the references.

The car hitting scene was straight out of a road runner cartoon (it's been done before on final destination, buffy, grandma got run over by a raindeer although that was a sleigh and not a bus, car, or truk). Definetely love the motorcycle scene (stop, drop and roll anyone?) The substitute bit is so true.. I have yet to see a sub that's really buff and serious, they're usually old, gay, or anal with the ecxeption of one of the subs I had last year who is now my current teacher (she went from anal to extremely cool and nice) How awesome would it be if they were calling roll and than started shooting you for no apperent reason? (Not very but if it'll get me on the news and I survive I'm all for it). I thought the outfit was hideous but it was nice looking at her legs, it pissed me off that she lost her sexy accent, I mean it seeps through every now and than but gawd it's killing me to not hear it.

Glau is doing an awesome job as an emotionless killing machine and both actresses are doing the role justice. I hope it sticks around after the writer strike is over and maybe even get renewed for a second season. Nice abandoned houses? Where the frilly heck are they? As far as I'm concerned not in Florda or Illinois? Here in Florida we call homegirls with big hoop earings that wear a lot of make-up and have a huge attitude: CHONGAS.. maybe she was just too kool but she was close to one ecxept hotter and less talkative. (Either dominican, or puerto rican) 

Didn't the robot say she was gonna die of cancer in the show? Maybe I was sniffing my acryllics while painting again but I thought the robot said diagnosed with cancer.

I loved this vlog. I was already excited enough to see that someone would be covering the SCC, but you guys are great, and did an awesome job. Can't wait to see more (...I watch for Ms. Connor too, but now I'll also be looking forward to these vlogs).

I'm not going to watch The Sarah Connor Chronicles, it's just not my genre. But I will most DEFINITELY continue watching this vlog, because aside from the fact that both of you are extremely adorable (dare I say...HOT), I also love love love your sense of humor.

Thanks everyone for the support, we'll continue to watch the show & hopefully the vlog will grow (to your liking).  Seeing as how the show is such a close adaptation of the movies, one of my concerns is how an independent storyline will develop; & I keep looking for this underlying lesbian theme...can't seem to find it...kinda early...guess I'll keep lookin'... But anyway, thanks for the comments, tips, etc.  I'm looking forward to what everyone has to say in the future!!!

I think what happened with the evil Terminator from 1999 was when they were in the vault and Sarah blasted him with the gun, his head popped off and flew into the little orb area that was sent through time, so his head was in 2007 but his body was in 1999 (though that doesn't really work with the idea that only organic material can be sent through time, but I suppose they can bend the rules a bit). His body was put in a dump, and I'm guessing in 2007 when the head pops up, it sort of "activated" the body and so the body went to find the head from the cleanup guy who had picked the head off the side of the road (god that sounds so strange out of the context of the show, haha).

ANYWAY, nice vlog! I'm a fan of the show and I look forward to hearing what you guys think of it as the show goes on.

Loved it. But then that's to be expected since I'm a big fan of the movies, and now of the show.

I'm in total agreement with Dee about the 3rd movie, see it for Kristana Loken alone, she was smoking hot as the evil T.

red_skullcandy - I believe they are in Los Angeles - after visiting Miles Dyson's family they went to the bank, then 'jumped' through time into 2007.  Per Cameron it's the "same where, different when."  I have to agree with you about the abandoned houses.  It is the only logical way for them to have a place to stay.  Unless Grown-up John had his Resistance Fighters rent/purchase 'safe houses' just for the hell of it.  Cameron would have know where these homes are located.

As far as how Sarah Connor dies, it is cancer.  Cameron never elaborated on what kind, but the conversation was:  Sarah - "If I'm this great fighter, how did I get killed?!?"  Cameron (in deadpan voice) - "Cancer."  At the end of the episode we see Sarah at an outpatient Oncology clinic getting tested.  Kinda cool that she gets a 7-8 year warning and can do something about it.

Let's not forget that John snuck out of the house and visited Sarah's ex-fiancé Charley Dixon!  That should add an interesting twist into the storyline.  Talk about adding some emotion. 

I am very happy that they are writing off Terminator 3.  After being a HUGE fan of the 2nd Terminator (saw it about 5 times in the theater) I felt a little let down by the 3rd installment.  Save for Kristana Lokken and Claire Danes - although Claire's acting was horrendous in the movie!   The story just seemed so contrived and unbelieveable trying to build on the success of the 1st and 2nd movies. Not to mention there was NO chemistry between the characters and the only thing I liked Nick Stahl in was Sin City.

Anywho! Thanks for the very entertaining vlog!  I'll be checking in every week to see what your favorite scenes were!

I agree with the 3rd movie was not that great. And is it just me or does it seem that the terminators in all the movies behave really inconsistently? i think the t1000 was the best and most well written and acted the way a terminator would in public. SUmmer Glau is really great and believable in the first one, but what was up with her in the 3rd episode. i dont understand. i did love that part where she copyed the latin chick leaning on the truck. very cute!

I wasn't sure I was going to like this show, wondering what more could they do after the 3 movies, but I watched the first two episodes and I really like it.  Lena Heady is ooooooo very hot!  I even wound up liking Summer Glau and I didn't think I would when I first saw her.  Looking forward to more episodes and more from Jenn and Dee!  WTG!!!

This is my new favorite vlog. I don't care what you two talk about as long you talk. lol I missed the first episode and third but I did catch the second one.
