Agreed on the Enchanted songs, they were terrible, biggest disgrace of the night was that Take That wasn’t nominated for ‘Rule the World’ from Stardust.  The song that won was from Once.

I was on a forum while I was watching the Oscars and someone said Jessica Alba was ‘too dark’, I said ‘erm, you do know she is Latina right?’ and this guy had no idea!  I agree she looked much better in Dark Angel, when she was herself and not trying to be white.

Sarah, I thought Jen Garner looked gorgeous.  As did Ellen Page.

I also wish Nicole Kidman was alive!  I LOVE Nicole, but what has she done to herself?  (And I was really hyped for Golden Compass and it sucked!!)

Katherine Heigl looked petrified when she was presenting.

Oh, and I’ve heard the ‘lesbian hands’ thing too.  I think it was on a TV show or something, I recall checking hands with friends.  (EDIT Of course it was on a show!  It was on the freaking L Word!!)

Bridget you're amazing...and i completely agree with you that Cate Blanchett should've won for Best Supporting Actress..i mean come on..she was fricken Bob Dylan..this is the 2nd time an Oscar was stolen from her in my opinion...the first time was when Gywneth Paltrow won for "Shakespeare in Love"...Blanchett should've totally won for Elizabeth...

As probably one of the few lesbian Kiss fans, I notice a few problems with how our favorite girls set up as compared to the boys of Kiss....Obviously Karmen is Peter and in the right spot, but we all know Bridget is the star-child, and an opinionated Sarah is almost a clone of the Demon, Gene Simmions, leaving Lori as the Spaceman Ace.

No Country for Old Men was SO. GOOD. !!! Seriously.... like, seriously. So was Atonement. There are women in Atonement! And women in NCFOM too.... :) so you should watch these films, haha.

And not that I've had much/any experience in the dating arena, but so far I haven't been attracted to any blondes... with the exceptions of Catherine Deneuve and Lucy Lawless. I don't know why though... maybe, just in terms of hair color, blonde vs. darker hair are just so different and people might want more similarity? (that doesn't make much sense...) Also there's that social stigma that blondes are dumb that might be a factor. But really I wouldn't rule blondes out... okay whatever. the end.

I actually thought Elizabeth was good. Not good in the sense of historical accuracy or poignance or anything, but it was pretty. And very simplified. But pretty colors! And Elizabeth's relationship with her closest handmaid girl??? I was jealous.

I have lesbian hands too. That's not really what clued me in that I was gay though.(duh)

I sympathize with Sarah, when I was about 7 years old, my sister so badly wanted to watch "the silance of the lambs" because my brother told her not to and so we watched it - she was afraid to watch it alone. ever since, I can't watch any horror movies and anthony hopkins still creeps me out every time I see him.

Awww yay...I've missed this vlog SO MUCH. I literally clapped when I saw it was up. The fact that Karman and Bridget are in it makes ten times better.

I've found that alcohol improves your Guitar Hero skills. No, seriuosly. I'm not much of a drinker but after 2 beers I was surprisingly better at playing. lol Once you have a buzz going stop or you end up drunk and back to square one.
