I LOVE In Plain Sight...oh my god, those clothes were hottt on Mary McCormack (who is hotttt as well, no matter what she wears...even in the West Wing when she wore gross suits and tried to look ugly). Anyway, what I wanted to say is that so far the USA website is showing the full episodes of the show if you don't get a chance to watch it when it is on!

I totally agree sarah, the only reason i didn't hate gimme sugar, other then im a 20 something who loves to party, is that there is no other lesbian shows on tv, if this was a straight show i wouldn't have given it the time of day. I'll keep watching, cause scraps is better then nothing

I am SO HAPPY that my favorite vloggers are back. I missed seeing Sarah and Lori on my screen.

Two questions: Weren't we going to hear about chaperoning your niece's dance? (I was really looking forward to that, haha) and, Are you going to talk about the Callie/Erica "relationship" on Grey's Anatomy?

All I can say about this, since all I watch is My Boys is that you are totally right, it rocks. and although I have a little crush on PJ I agree with what Dee said about her being a straight tomboy.

I couldn´t even watch 15 minutes of Gimme Sugar and I think I´m around the target audience age.

 I'm always the first one to slam stupid trashy reality shows that are about nothing, but I actually like Gimme sugar.I think it's fun.I think it's because it's about lesbians, particularly young L.A. lesbians.I'm a big fan of Spashley, The L word, and Exes & ohs, ect.I love to watch lesbian stuff.In fact, i'm not watching My boys, or In plain sight, but if the leads on those shows were lesbians then I would be interested.

As a gay guy, I can understand why lesbians might hate Gimme sugar.It's because we're harder on things that represent us specifically.I tend to be more critical of things that feature gay men, but am more forgiving of shows like this.

I think we are over this type of reality TV, but then the comments on the first episode of Gimmie Sugar were so varied, most people hated it but some people really loved it - go figure lol.

I missed this vlog, I'm glad to see it again. I'm not feeling much of anything from Gimme Sugar. It's close to another round of Tila Tequila, not helping for the image of bisexuals and Asian women. I'd rather stick to the old geeky, bordering on boring stereotype of us Asians than deal with this. And I'm not even cool with stereotyping.

Yay, i hate mondays but she made me watch this brightend my day, glad to see you guys back and it was great seeing the addition of Dee today =]. I agree Gimme Sugar sucked so bad i can never ever get those 22 minutes of my life back, but its better than tila tecquila, but i guess that was very groundbreaking since she had something to do with the lift of gay marriages in Cali, i mean she was THE reason for it being legal (yer right!!!). I like that their is diversity within Gimme Sugar its great to see woman of color on screen, i think Alex is hot though so that makes up for the crap they call 'reality' which even scripted is not good. But its about lesbiens i think we have to take what we can get right now we arn't exacly spoilt for choice

I miss this vlog. I have to agree that Gimme Sugar's premise is lame,but I like bad shows b/c I want to be entertained. A reality show about up and coming  Lesbian/Bi business womyn would be cool.

I couldn't agree more with what you guys said about Gimme Sugar: It sucked!

I haven't actually seen any of the other shows you talked about, but My Boys sounds like something I might enjoy.

I knew I missed this show but I didn't realize how bad until I this episode and I was like ahhh that's what my life has been missing!

I also loved how Dee threw in Diaspora.

I actually did like Gimme Sugar but I watch tons of Bad reality TV, so if I can make it through a season and a half of Tila Tequila then I can watch Gimme Sugar. It is by no means a good show, but I've managed to watch 2 episodes of the legally Blonde reality show. So why not kill a few more brain cells.

I enoyed having Dee on the show, and just enjoyed the vlog being back.  Personally I'd like to see a little "dance off"...I bet Sarah does a mean "shopping cart"...lol...

I'm going in August, and, guess what? I'm seeing Cher. (It's actually the reason I'm going. Flying all the way across the country. For terrible seats. But still! CHER!)

So I totally agree with Lori. You need to see Cher. Not only are her outfits incredible, as per the usual Bob Mackie genius, but the music is great (she could add some of her really old stuff, though- Stars, Bell Botom Blues, Geronimo's Cadillac anyone?), and the show itself is made to be spectacular.

P.S. I am definitely checking out the Cher shop after the show.

Burn Notice with Bruce Campbell. I had heard of that show. Has it been on tv before? Is what you ladies were talking about season 2?

I haven't had the chance to see any of Season 1 of Army Wives, but I tracked down the season 2 opener because I heard about that character Lori mentioned. That was enough to get me watching. I agree with you about the episode though. That radio stuff seemed so forced to me. Some interesting characters though...

And yes, Gimme Sugar gets the WTF bunny. Dee totally called it with wondering how they're planning this club night and somehow the cameras are magically there to catch it...? The hell? Fake reality is just too weird.

1. I do not like "Gimme Sugar", I had only watched one episode. I thought they were creating a nightclub.

2. I find the color distinction between characters in television shows interesting, thanks Lori.

*I am not interested in the other shows. ANYWAYS I cannot wait for the television show "Lincoln Heights" to return this fall!!!

Gimmie Sugar ~ Nooo give me some sweet and low cause this shit is to sweet. I'm really curious to know how the stars of this trainwreck feel about it. If it were me I'd blame it all on the editing like everyone else.

In Plain Sight ~ Mary McCormack is spot on awesome. I know I like her but I'm still waiting to see if I like the whole show. Another good thing about the show is I use to live in New Mexico and watching this show makes me miss it. Sure I thought it was hell hole when I was living there but going through puberty anywhere feels like a hell hole.

Army Wives ~ Sadly I keep missing the first 35 minutes of the show but from what you've told me I feel like haven't missed much. 

My Boys ~ I tried for two seasons to get into My Boys but I can't. The show is not interesting enough for me.

Burn Notice ~ Yay for Burn Notice! I love that show. Every actor adds alittle something that takes what could be considered an average show to the next level.  I's all excited.

I'm glad you guys are back. I missed both of your honest and snarky input. 

 

 

Thank god you hated Gimme Sugar as much as I did. You named exactly the things I hated. There's nothing really nice to say about it... It is totally fake, obviously scripted and it made me feel like there was something wrong with me for not being a party girl... Really WTF?! OMG, it's freaky how much I'm like you two. Computer nerd all the way... Haha!
