Hey Maggieyeahis....FYI. Sheryl was referring to Kevin Garnett (KG).  I thought that story was awesome as well. When I came out to one of my best friends she did the same thing. Just gave me a big hug...I cried like a baby :-)

This episode is truly inspirational. I'm so glad Sheryl Swoopes did come out. Like one of B players said. Sometimes God does use you for a higher purpose. We need more Sheryl Swoopes in LGBT community.

I am jealous. My friend from high school is in this show. I have not seen him in years but it is cool to see him doing well and having fun. I find it hilarious that we actually dated the same girl in high school (not at the same time). I totally knew he was gay but back then hush was the word. Oh well, cool episode...it would be great to have more. Now if only Candace Parker would come out!!!!

I didn't know this show comes on.  I found it on the schedule, so I'll watch the other episodes.  This one was great.

This totally made my day. Sheryl Swoopes is such an amazing woman and to hear her speak to the guys about her experience playing ball and coming out was really something special. I know that i have her as well as so many other woman in the spolight to thank for paving the way and for showing that women, whether they are athletes,doctors,lawyers,educators,etc. can be strong, intelligent, and successful individuals  regardless of orienation. It's when I look at those women who have made life easier to live for me, that I look within myself and trully find my own pride.

I cannot do the splits. :(  haha.
