I am not that good on matching clothes, so I really want some idea on what to wear if I want to go for the hip hop style, cause sometimes I like to wear that when i go out to clubs...

anywho keep giving good ides to all of us :)

I also prefer the theater/dinner scene to the club, and I complete agree that you can never go wrong with a black dress or suit... classy AND hot! ;-)

Since it's the beginning of October, how about some fall fashion? It's getting chilly and the short sleeves and flipflops that everyone is trudging around in on campus arent cutting it anymore here in Rhode Island... help! haha

Another great episode!  Wednesday took forever to get here.  Not since Cagney & Lacey (oops showin' my age), not since Will & Grace have I loved watching two people together.  The black dress was awesome.  Eric let us see that leather jumpsuit.....haha.  Keep up the GREAT work!

i like this. and the format really works. how about a post dedicated to accessorizing? it feels like im seeing too many women out there who are trying to follow certain trends with accessories (bracelets especially) and end up weighing themselves down (like the double or triple wristcuff on both wrists) or just getting the proportions all out of whack in general. and/or some tips for the reverse- how to accessorize for ladies who consider throwing on anything other than their trusty water-proof watch treading in unstable waters. regardless, thanks for doing this vlog. it's good to see some fashion around here. 

aren't HORRIBLE. i mean, yes, be respectful in what attire you wear, but you don't have to be fancy either. I think jeans and a cute top are a good median between fancy and underdressed. You have the jeans which are pretty casual and a nice top that fits into evening attire.

 Sweatpants, however, are NEVER an option. Perhaps this is an idea for another topic...how to dress down and still look cute....Everyone has those days where they are sick and miserable, but you still have to leave the house. Maybe you could give some pointers on how to throw on a pair of sweatpants and still be in fashion. 

and by the way, i heart hazie..the end.

This week's video was a lot smoother than last week's with showing pics of the clothes as you discussed them and then showing fun videos with them on later.  Speaking of fun vidoes, loved the video outtakes at the beginning of Alexi's night in and the dance club takes! 

Also, gotta love the glasses takes and Kristin hottness!

Topic idea: How to look hot in the cold.

Um, hello cute girl.  No need to andro it for us, Alexi.  You're very cute as you are. In fact, can I say: you are like the popular girl in school that some of us had a crush on but didn't ever imagine were into girls.  You've trumped that, severely.  Maybe you have no idea.  But I like it.  Don't change it for anyone but yourself.

i'm glad there's finally a vlog focused on fashion on afterellen, and it being based in nyc makes it even better! i just have one question for alexi: what kind of makeup do you have on? it's absolutely fabulous, especially the eyeshadow and lipgloss.

lol, I just got hooked with the first episode. You guys are awesome, hilarious and helpful. And was going :O-ing when I saw there's a second one already. YAY!

I'm sorry but my gaydar is pinging not all on this girl. I mean nothing. So I looked her up. She has a blog, and in it she wrote about how John Stamos was so hot and made her weak in the kness when he smiled at her. How deep in the closet can you be where you need to blog about how hot John Stamos is?

Plus, she's kind of a clebrity, seeing as her dad is an MLB manager (for Arizona). Why wouldn't AE do a profile on her? It just doesn't sit right with me. It would have been more believable if she would have put bisexual on her profile, instead of lesbian.

I don't mind straight girls posting vlogs here, and she's very good at fashion, but I have to to call shenanigans on this one.

Hey!  I love your blog and was wondering, well, hoping you could give me some advice. I'm getting married in the winter of '10 and have pretty much picked up my dress. My girl and I went to try on some gowns on Friday, and I'm a little concerned as for the make-up and jewelry. I was wondering if you could give me any tips on co-ordinating? It's a winter wedding ceremony, and I'll be wearing an ivory dress with minimal gold detail. Any advice would help!
