AfterEllen.com gathering in NYC on September 29th

Since Karman's going to be visiting Lori and me in the Big Apple next week, we thought it might be fun to have a casual AfterEllen.com get-together in Manhattan next Saturday, September 29th, and meet some of the readers who live here. And that way you can get all your complaints out at once. :)

We don't know exactly where yet — we'd like to make it open to our under-21 readers, so preferably not a bar (plus, bars are tiny here!) — and we don't know exactly what time, but we're thinking late afternoon or early evening-ish. If you're interested in joining us, leave a comment so we know around how many people to expect, and if you have a suggestion of where to hold the gathering, leave that in the comments too. Tuesday Update: We are all set with a time and a location: 3pm to 5:30pm at Cattyshack in Brooklyn (get directions here). Just tell them you're there for the AfterEllen thing when you arrive, and you should be directed to the right area. Or just wander around until you find us. Unfortunately, you must be over 18 to attend (sincere apologies to our under-18 readers, I couldn't find any place that would admit people under 18), and everyone must have ID to be admitted.
