Glad to see that Leisha's back on this years list... she may not be the number 1 choice this year, but I feel fairly certain that she remained rather high on the list of top 100!

Leisha made my list because of all of the above: being openly out, playing the fantastic Alice on The L Word and she's making wonderful music again with Uh Huh Her! 

I think that Leisha has this wonderful sweetness that endears her to people and that she brings so much to the table in everything she does that whether it's comedy or drama or acting or music she just shines in all that she does.

She's a bassist. That can't be topped on the sexy scale. But I didn't vote for her. Perhaps the fact that her character had a bit of a personality change this series of The L Word was enough to make her drop a couple of spots on the list, but I think the impact of that was minimal, seeing as she's still "pretty high up there".

My guess is that she's in the top 20, definitely. Probably somewhere between No. 8 and No. 15. I think she may have been eclipsed by Tina Fey. ^ ^

She is absolutely beautiful.  How can you not appreciate the talent that she has whether it be acting or music.  She seems like a genuinely nice person with a super personality.  The fact that she is a lesbian and openly admits it is a huge bonus.  She is incredible.

I would say that Leisha will stay in the top 10.

Watching some of the Youtube performances of her new band touring, I would say her hotness factor went up with her musician profile, just as LWord faded from the headlines.

i think what makes her the hottest is her personality. looks don't hurt, but she is always so funny in interviews and just seems like she'd be nice in person. she's also the best actress on the l word and pretty much the only character i care about. plus, i admire anyone who makes good music.

i didn't vote for her but i really love her talent. and i could have sworn leisha was bisexual not gay.

Well, she would be the top of my list, and I think, that's because of so many stuff. First, look at her. She is so beautiful. And not just beautiful. Of course, acting makes people interesting. And the role she plays in The L-Word ...well, I guess, she played it for so long, so it is hard to imagine, that she is at least not a bit like the character she plays. So, we maybe think, even if it is unconcious, she is like Alice: Funny, for sure, a bit neurotic, overwhelming. And last one: She plays her bass as hot as hell. Come on, look at that picture above. Would you not staring and salivating? :o)

The fact that she play the adorable (when not crazy) Alice on TLW surely help, but I've always been under the impression that she brings so much of herself into the character (minus the crazy/stalker/weird dresser/transgenderphobe parts).

Plus the fact that she's openly gay and a kickass musician isn't bad either :)

well she was number 3 on my list. I think on the top 100 she is going to rank #7. i saw her play in nashville...um yeah hot. she is an amazing actress. and she is openly gay. she is just spunky and entertaining but a girl who can play the guitar takes my breath away.  Yes Leisha Hailey...beautifully amazing actress, musician, and woman! 

     I definitely think that being in a band and acting have a lot to do with Leisha's appeal, especially since she does both with so much passion and dedication. She's also beautiful, sweet, funny and just seems to be an all around really nice person. Every interview I've ever seen her in she's always smiling and laughing and she comes off as the kind of person who can just light up a room and who is a lot of fun. I would be very surprised if she didn't make it into the top 3.

All of the above plus she has this sweet, shy manner that I find really endearing. I'd be suprised if she didn't make it into the top 3 too, she's number one on my list...

i'm sure leisha made the top ten again this year. not sure where exactly though. i have to admit she was my no.11 (sorry!), even though alice is my absolute favourite l-word character.

I think she's definitely gonna be in the top 5. She was in my top 10, too.

The reason I didn't rank her #1 is because I'm more into the dark types. Being openly gay, a musician, an actress and so on might be hot but it's way hotter if the one has dark, wild hair, big brown eyes and so on. Come on, you know what I mean...

She's talented though and talent is HOT- so top 5.
