Radio alert: Lesbians take over Sirius OutQLGBT filmmaker J.D. Disalvatore (Eating Out 2, Shelter, Gay Propaganda) has informed me that she's going to be co-hosting the Frank DeCaro Show with Doria Biddle on Sirius OutQ radio (Channel 109) this Friday from 8-11 a.m. PT (11 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET). And that's not all: Their guests will be actor/writer Guinevere Turner (Go Fish, American Psycho, The L Word), director Katherine Brooks (Loving Annabelle) and event producer Mariah Hanson (The Dinah).
"We'll be sipping DOM starting at 8 a.m. Pacific Time and dishing the lesbian dirt, telling it like it is for three hours," J.D. told me. Even better? You can call in (866-305-6887) and ask questions — "the more outrageous the better," according to J.D. If you don't get Sirius satellite radio, you can listen for free on your computer with a three-day trial (go to siriusoutq.com and click on "Listen Online"). Just get some earbud-type headphones and nobody'll even notice you're listening at work! Submitted by on August 30, 2007 - 9:01am. |

Cheers!
Thanks for the heads up.
I'd actually be interested in a list of gay orientated radio stations and/or programs, if indeed there is any/enough to warrant a list. I have no idea and don't reside in the US myself.
Might make a good informative article if there is any regular content out there to listen to, especially if it is available online.
Queer radio shows
www.queermusicheritage.us/outradio.html has a list of a bunch of queer radio shows from all over the world, so maybe that's a good place to start.
My show is streamed online too - check out www.myspace.com/dykesonmics for a bit of info about the show and www.3cr.org.au to listen.
RE: Queer radio shows
