Really great new vlog, and absolutely amazing subject. Now just hope someone is actually going to do something about it in tv and movies, cause I'm sick of it!

As far as the funny readers go, I'm not one of them... so I can't really come up with a name. But the POC vlog is a good one;)

You guys, omg, this was too good, I loved it. Funniest web video I've seen since the Numa Numa dance. The coffee cups are a riot, I don't know why. I don't even like science fiction/guns, and you made me want to try out some Girltrash & Jekyll.

I'm laughing my ass off as we speak.  Love the "fantasy military" comment!  Still rolling on that. By the way, Sarah I'm doing the same thing, purchasing a region free DVD player so I can watch Bad Girls.  I'm with you on that, but also because of Wire in The Blood with Simone Lahbib.  Don't really care about it prior to her being on the show.

Aljan suggested WOC vs. POC.  I agree... so how about naming the vblog "The WOC OUT Report"

WOC could mean:

WOC – women of color

WOC – women of charisma (like Malinda and Sarah *wink wink*)

 

And so on (feel free to add...and be creative)....

P.O.C. to me sounds too much like Pac as in Tupac. Every time you said "POC report" I couldn't help but think it was another sighting or someone trying to prove he is indeed alive. lol.

What about PLUS as in people like us? I think it's funny since obviously not only women of color care (which is great!) but it's still nice to see people you can "relate to". also , people like us is relevant to lesbians.

Big ups to Sarah for reppin the "others"! Yeah!

Every person is of a certain color even clear is a color, so you do not have to leave anyone out. You have a more variety that way, and you can keep fair that way. I like the name. Great idea who ever thought of this blog. Its about time. Just playing.

Some great films you missed were Saving Face love that film, best one I seen is Fingersmith my number pick, and the third is When Night is falling.

Debs was not hitting for me.  I was expecting something else. It is like going to restaurant order something expecting the desert to be a cake but you sundae. Both are good but that is not wanted or expecting. It was like a disney film lash teeny bopper film. But the two star in the film were hot.

What is Sarahs nationality? she kind of went around it but didn't say. i would guess black, hispanic or mulatto.
