Hayden Panettiere needs a "Wake Up Call"

Being the crazy Heroes fan I am, I was completely frustrated to hear Hayden Panettiere was making an album.  There was a slight chance it would be good, but odds were the songs would suck and my opinion of adorable Hayden would drop.  Sadly now the latter is true.  Don't play the odds!  Not every Hollywood starlett needs to make an album.  Particularly when most of them only have a mediocre singing voice at best.  Am I going to see Dakota Fanning singing about clubs in a few years?  I sure as hell hope not.  Please stick to saving whales and palling around with Kristen Bell, Hayden, it makes me feel much less guilty about drooling over you while watching Heroes.  And while I'm tossing advice out there as if she were actually reading this, do a lesbian role preferably witht the aforementioned Kristen Bell, it's a good move I swear.

This kinda goes with the whole.. actors/actresses shouldn't be singers and vice versa, and how basketball players shouldn't be rappers, and rappers shouldn't try to bball.

Just say no to insipid pop music written and performed by any one!

I listened to a couple of the songs and i understand she's a businness or a product she has to sell. and people around her agents, mangers etc. are telling her to spread it around while she's hot. but this??? it's not so much that is terrible music it's just blah, uninspired and lazy. it's like with all these actress getting into music. you never know who it is? she doesn't have a sound. if i wasn't told it was her i would have easily mistaken her for any of the other teeny boopers. while i'm listening it i'm like who is this? miley cyrus? hilary duff? lindsay lohan? it just seems silly to me.

lol this video is a joke it isn't even her singing I don't know what she was thinking other then the paycheck. Which is silly cuz theres no money in the selling of music anymore it's everything you do outside the cd that makes or breaks your so called singing career and Heyden you are allready doing those things so why would you think that now doing music would make you some extra scratch? Please...stick to acting.

you said hayden should leave the record-making to paris and linds-- but they're no good, either. So if what you're saying is that she's worse than even lindsay and paris are--youch! I feel sorry for her.

 well not much, actually, since the only reason she could be doing this is for extra attention. kinda sucks.

If Kim Ruehl suggest that we aught to listen to Lindsey or Paris, then Hayden must sound terrible. 

What is she thinking? The worst thing is that Hayden is surrounded by musical people... take for instance her Hereos co-star, Adrian Pasdar, he is married to Natalie Maines (lead singer for the Dixie Chicks). Seriously, Natalie is an amazing singer, I've seen press material with Hayden hanging out with the Dixie Chicks. So surely she could have taken some advice from people like that - if she did then bloody hell, what were you thinking!!!

Stick to acting hun!

Why do they always have to do the cross-overs? I'm not a fan of hers, never seen anything she's done but the dolphin crying and that pissed me off. According to these comments people like her on that show and she should probably stick to that and not lose those fans. TsC

i wish these actresses and reality stars would just leave the record making to actual musicians. rarely does one actually have the talent. anyone can release a one hit wonder with synthesized beats and the technology to cover the fact that you can merely carry a tune. people like paris hilton, brook hogan, and heidi montag should just stick to being pretty. getting someone to write a song for you while you sing lazily to a heavily mixed track with a rapper does not make you a musician. she should just remain cute as a button and deliver her lines.

*shakes head* poor hay-hay. i love you, but please stick to acting. the song is awful and the video looks cheap. even cheaper than danity kane's =( maroon 5's wake up call > hay-hay's wake up call

she used to sing before heroes, she sang a song called Fly which was on 'The Ice Princess' album. I quite liked that song
