"The Sarah Connor Chronicles" gets a premiere dateThe future is now for Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. OK, fine, technically the future doesn’t begin until Jan. 14, 2008. But you can see why a gal would get excited. Fox has finally announced a premiere date for the much-anticipated small-screen Terminator spin-off starring Lena Headey and Summer Glau.
With Bionic Woman
yet to live up to its kick-ass potential, The Sarah Connor
Chronicles is Besides adding the world “Terminator” to the show’s title, it doesn’t seem like Fox has fussed much with the series since the pilot debuted this summer. The series has been moved to Monday instead of Sunday, and will be a lead-in to 24. So, this means Fox is going to give me a two-hour block featuring Lena Headey, Summer Glau, Cherry Jones, Janeane Garofalo and Carly Pope? Has Rupert Murdoch been reading my dream journal again? The new, recut trailer certainly makes me think that someone has heard my silent pleas for more Lena in action. I have only three words after seeing that: Pump-action shotgun. Hell to the yeah. Is it January yet?

I can't wait
Hell yea! I can't wait for this show. When I heard about it I got sooo excited. I really hope it's good. Bionic Woman has been very disappointing and hopefully this won't be as well.

hahahaha "come with me if
i think i might actually check this show out.
and i'm liking Bionic Woman. i guess i can see why people are saying it's not so great. but Michelle Ryan and Katee Sackhoff are good enough eye-candy for me :)
Mmmmm
Summer Glau and Lena Heady... Even if this show didn't look totally kickass, I'd watch it just for the eye-candy. It could be about those two sitting around clipping their toenails and I'd watch it! Which is basically why I watch Bionic Woman (other than the fact that it's fabulously cheestastic), Katee Sackhoff and Michelle Ryan...yum.
Holy Crap!
Mine too!!!
OMG the Terminator franchise is also one of *my* all time fave Sci-Fi franchises. I LOVE these movies... I wasn't sure about the show but from everything I have read and seen I just can't wait for the show to start :-D
Lena, Summer = Brilliant action heros *yeah*
Agreed.....
I agree with the "Hell to the yeah" comment...but more in regards to just getting to see Lena every single week.
I swear, I'd watch her every week, even if she just sat in front of the camera for an entire hour. Shoot, I'd watch it, then brag to my friends about how great it was, then force them to watch it.
I guess the cat is out of the bag...Lena is my celebrity crush....:-) I do a good job hiding it, don't I?
I forgot to mention the
I forgot to mention the main reason for my "hell yeah", and that is Ms. Lena Headey :). Let the swooning begin :).

EEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
I am so full of glee. There are only 3 words to describe why:
Lena, Summer, Boots

trying not to get too excited...
It's not bad so far!
I've seen the pilot and I was pretty impressed, while the show's premise is kind of standard, having two kick arse females in lead roles and one of them being Lena Headey is a definite plus, I'm so going to look forward to having her on my screen every week.
She does need to bulk up some more though, I'm hoping that between when they shot the pilot and the successive episodes she would have had time to hit the gym and eat her power bars. Fingers crossed this turns into something good, TV needs a straightforward kick arse action show instead of all this reality crap they keep churning out.
Cool sci-fi tv flick
The Sarah Connor Chronicles looks promising. I can't wait to watch it. I am now a Lena Headey fan.
Sci-Fi lover forever!
I have to say...Can anyone
I have to say...
Can anyone get any hotter than Leny Headey with a shotgun? I think not!

Summer Glau with an ax in
Summer Glau with an ax in one hand a sword in another. :)
Which is why I think casting her as a terminator is brilliant. Throw in the Lena Heady with a shotgun bit, and this may be the best show of 2008.
Summer + Lena??? Are you
Summer + Lena??? Are you kidding? Of course I'll watch it! I've never seen Terminator movies, so hopefully that's okay... That's going to be some amazing TV-watchin'. I can't imagine how amazing Summer will be constantly kicking ass - her Serenity work was incredible... I'm totally psyched!

If I'm borrowing your icon, I'd be happy to give you credit, just let me know :)
I definitely watch it =)
Oh Lena!
Hell Yeah!
(Im)Patiently Waiting
Yesssss.
Granted, Bionic Woman does suck when Corvus and Sommers aren't yelling at each other, but that's enough to keep me watching.
I certainly hope this show fares better.
Much, better.
Can't wait to see Glau as a Terminator, especially after witnessing that ballet/kung-fu sequence in Serenity.
I'm amped.
