I'm pretty speechless, but I will definitely go see it.

This is going to be so effing cool. I can't wait to see a longer trailer. Definitely beats the pants off the Twilight series.

I was hoping Dakota was still like 14 years old...and stayed that age for life.

I'd love to see all those girls' faces when they watch the movie purely because KS is in this and find out that life exists outside of brooding vampire boys...Trailer was awesome and can't wait for the movie. And what happened to Dakota Fanning!?!? I'm betting she was just waiting to get out of the kids roles and into something a little more real...ding ding ding winner!

lady parts so much.  i don't think i've been this excited about a film since i grew up and realized that fried green tomatoes was a love story between idgie and ruth.  so bad-ass.  so sexy.  so inspiring.  joan jett was an idol of mine growing up and, again, when i started realizing things about my sexuality, it all started making sense.  i was like, "i don't want to have sex with dylan mckay (from 90210), i want to BE motherfreakin' dylan mckay!"  hilarious.  my world changed over night.  i saw all these bad-ass ladies for who they really are/were....katharine hepburn, marlene dietrich, jodie foster, virgina woolf, eleanor roosevelt, annie leibovitz, gertrude stein, janis joplin, lily tomlin, emily dickinson, amelia earhart, rita mae brown, and of course, miss sappho herself (the queen of ladies who love ladies)....this is just a small list of all the amazing women that we are all so fortunate to have on our side.  this movie makes me wanna go bang on some drums and get another tattoo right this second.  i need a nap/"lady alone time" right now:)  wow.

Other than that, It looks very...'70s. I like that it will get the Sundance treatment before it's nationally distributed. Interested to see the buzz coming out of Sundance.

It feels weird thinking Dakota Fanning looks hot in this movie when she's only 15 and I see her as the little girl from all those kids movies she was in (can't name them all) but yeah... she looks hot! There, I said it.

And Kristen Stewart seems to lick/bite her lip a lot. I like it! :D 

I'd go watch it - based on what I've seen so far :)

That was me screaming... I feel like a tween (I'm 22) but I'm just excited to see (my LOVE) KSTEW in a role where I know she can kick ass (not just a vampire's girl). They do look frighteningly like their characters. I think it'll be a good career transitioning movie for the both of them.

Who wishes that Alia Shawkat and Kristen Stewart were the ones who were going to hook up? I mean, I know that wasn't the way it went down, but hell...at least the pairing would be legal. And therefore, we wouldn't have to feel like such pedos for liking the action.

I remember being 12 and running across the first runaways record in the local Record Bar.....i think i've been a wannabe grrrllll rock star every day since. 

the movie looks REALLY authentic and well-done...can't wait.

I was interested in this film but I wasn't going break my neck to be the first in line to see it.  BUT- after seeing this trailer!  It brought me right back to 1977 when I was 14 years old and saw the Runaways at the mall with my friends!  They were so cool and showed everyone how chicks rock just as hard, if not harder than any stupid guy band!  So, yeah, I'll be at the theater and I'll be screamin', " I was there Baby!  I was effin' THERE!"

But I echo all the ickiness about Dakota Fanning. My first thoughts when I saw her were "Dakota you are six years old, wipe that makeup off your face missy." I can't see anyone as a sex object that I have seen on Ellen getting excited about her pink retainer case.

I just watched this trailer three times in a row.  It looks great!  I was thinking about seeing it before but now I am really excited for it.  

At first I was a little weirded out about Dakota Fanning, too, but ever since I saw her in New Moon as Jane I can see her in these roles as a different person and don't think of her as she was when she played much younger. 

I'm sooo ready! I mean this is going to be HOT

finally we get to see something from this movie. can't wait until i can see it  :D
