i'm glad that they left her character open enough for returns.  and as much as i'd so rather see Sara Sidle with any one other than Gil Grissom, i like the way they have played out the relationship.  And i've enjoyed the little hints that they bring into the show to keep you wondering if they are continuing their relationship or not.

all in all, i'm very excited to see how the next season plays out.  that was a rather shocking end for a finale.  and as you said, i'm not sure how they are bringing Gary Dourdan back and not in flashbacks.  seriously?  he was shot in the neck.  and then shot again.  come on now.  also excited to see the new character.  i loved Lauren Lee Smith on the L Word, so it should be interesting to see how she does "sexy CSI".

I'm still ambivalent about the whole GSR issue, though I love both characters, albeit seprately, but we've seen the photo on Grissom's fridge and we've heard him converse with her on the phone, ever so longingly. I think chances are, they are still very much together.

I'm excited to see her back though, any time and in any capacity.

I'm curious about Dourdan's return. As a corpse on the slab, perhaps?

I miss Jorja but I willl have a lifetime of happy memories meeting her last month at an animal sanctuary. Who knows, I might see her again when I go back! That will be a good episode though.

i stopped watching csi altogether after she left,alryte,there were other reasons as well.

Wondering if L.L. Smith will play with knifes and food in any CSI scene... to bring back the memories. Can't wait to see what kind of character the writers will pull out of their tank tops sleeves.

What I'm waiting for? For Jorja to return of course! I haven't watched an episode since Sara left Vegas. I'll tune in for this one though. Fo sho.

 

Jorja was great in CSI (and ER too), and I will miss her, but interested in seeing how the sous chef will do.  Dourdan just get arrested for some drug charges, so maybe he won't be back so soon.

The one I enjoy in the series is Grissom's mystery mistress of the night, Lady Heather played by Melinda Clarke,  Xena's onetime foe, Velasca.

Yes! ... I'm still waiting on a hott Catherine/Sara moment. Hopefully this will supply us with one?

I haven't watched even a rerun of CSI since I heard Jorja was leaving, wierd, I guess I just began to mourn in a sense.... I'm glad to know she'll be back now and then, and I can't believe Gary Dourdan will be gone too, that would just be wrong, though it sounds like it may be a jump the gun funeral. Your fantasy seems pretty hot, I could go for it no problem :-)

I'v missed Jorja Fox's portrayal of Sara; a compassionate character who cared about the victims and most of the time put her heart and soul into solving the crime. I'm all for the GSR reoationship; they are friends, the care, respect and trust each other, have some understanding of each others quirks and have several things in common. You can't run our of conversation when you have science in common! Because Grissom is going to absent for some episodes, they could take a few trips mentioned.

I hope Miss Fox is back for more than one episode! I do like all of the characters on CSI, but Grissom and Sara are my two favorite. 

 

I've been greieving her loss since last year. I want , no , I need her back for more then one episode. She's so my #1 Crush. I hope they bring her back far more regularly then their talking about. CSI is just not the same without her . Comón , She's my hero ! Who else do we disenfranchised , misunderstood , Rebel women have to look up to eh ?
