i'm not so much anxious for the movie, but she is awesome.

This is my favorite of all the Potter books.  It looks like they are going to stay true to the book.  I wonder if the movie will cause me to curl up in the fetal position and sob at the end like the book did.  That would be impressive.

I've heard some rumors going 'round that it'd be released in November 2008 instead of July... I'm not sure if it's correct, but someone told me that Warner Bros. confirmed it.... Dear god I hope that's true ;) I'm dying to see the next one, and I'm pretty sure I'll go nuts if I have to wait until next summer!

Ugh, the wait for this is really starting to get to me now, having seen the trailer.  I'm super anxious, but also super excited!   This movie will be incredible!

Oh, and they call him The Chosen One in the books, that's why it's in the trailer.

Yea I saw this trailer yesterday, I'm so psyched for the movie! The Half-Blood Prince was my favorite of the series so hopefully the movie will be good.

i thought that they moved the movie to the summer since Twilight was opening the same day as HP and they attract much of the same crowd...

I get happy tingles down my spine when I hear the Harry Potter theme song. I probably should have realized that I am truly a huge nerd a long time ago since I get the same reaction to the Star Wars theme song and the Superman theme song.

Is it wrong to say that I love Snape? He is so cool and mean and he has the coolest facial expressions, he is awesome. I also have a crush on Hermione and Bellatrix Lestrange but those two are a given.

Helena is so hot. Hermione is uber hot. This is going to be a good movie. If the movie doesn't live up to the book, I'm just going to put all my focus onto those two.

 I'm so mad that they pushed the date back. i was so excited that it's almost November. Gosh. How rude.  At least the Beedle and the Bard is coming out in a month. 

Oh Ms. Snarker, now you have done it!  Gone and made me pine away for the next movie.  I think I have to bone up and reread my HP books again in advance of this release.  It looks AWESOME!!!!!

none of the trailers are working for me, but then, quite a few videos on afterellen don't work for me, so i'm not surprised.

Alan Horn put a message to the fans on the official site, saying that due to the half blood prince being pushed back, we'd only have to wait 18 months until deathly hallows part 1, instead of 2 years. not much of a sweetner, cos we've had to wait 2 years between some of the films before, so this statement seems redundant.

why can't they just admit the truth?!

also not sure why people have just picked up on the date change. the date was changed months ago. if you were really a fan, you'd know this, lol!!

i also love how certain people don't do research before they write an article, and it makes me laugh when they get put straight by those really in the know! keep it up ms snarker, lmao!!

Perhaps if you read the article correctly you'd see that Ms Snarker was just giving us a taste of the International trailer just released this weekend.  She said nothing about the date other than when the movie is coming out. 

explorergal, i wasn't actually talking about the dates, i was talking about ms snarker getting it wrong about 'the chosen one' and matrix reference. like someone pointed out above, it's been mentioned before in the harry potter series.
