Holy Crap! I am absolutely OBSESSED with Buffy, (so obsessed that I went out and spent £40 on an Anya action figure.) and I'm so excited that I DID actually scream with delight. But now I'm sad; there's no way on Earth I could possibly go. So I'll just have to hope for some nice YouTube footage I guess. I'm sure I'll be ok with all my Buffy paraphernalia.

My parents got me this huge Buffy boxset with season 1-7 for Christmas, so I have been on a major Buffy kick for a couple of weeks now. I love it! Too bad I will never be able to attend this reunion, but hey, I'm sure AfterEllen will give us something. Is anybody from AE going to be there?

Ohhh this sounds bloody brilliant, hopefully hear some reviews, especially if Alyson Hannigan goes.

I don't care if i won't be going to the blessed event... it's enough to know that my favorite scoobies will all be in the same room again. I'm so excited i might pee a little... Oh yeah, if you couldn't tell, i'm like the biggest buffy nerd ever. i still quote it on a daily basis. And Joss is my own personal god. I hope everyone does indeed turn out!

I would give anything to be able to see this unpresidented event, but alas, not only do I NOT live in LA, it's in the middle of school so I wouldn't be able to go even if I had the money to fly. *sigh* maybe someday... probably not, but maybe...

Damnit!!!

 I screamed in excitement, especially when I read Sarah is going to be there!  But sadly I don't live in LA, or even in the States for that matter!  If I'd been in the States I would have definately forked out to go to LA for a fews days, but getting there from sunny England is another matter entirely!!  :(  Much excitement and much disappointment at the same time!!

I can't believe it has been five years already! It is too bad I live in FL seeing SMG, ED, AB and EC would be amazing. I loved Buffy and was a hopeless addict. I am praying that a BTVS movie with SMG will happen. I read she was against it because she didn't want to do a disservice to the show by condensing complex stories into a 2 hour movie. I have seen everything she has ever been in and regardless of the roles she plays, she will always be Buffy to her fans.

the only reason why I am not screaming right now is because I'm in class!!! Screw History, this is sooo much better! How I wish I lived in L.A.! OMG OMG this is awesome! I can't wait to see some vids on this, and I really hope Alyson Hannigan can make it.

I miss the show and all of the discussions I'd have online with friends as we dissected every molecule of minutae. A complete and utter obsession that has carried over to the season 8 comic. How awful is it that I use a magnifying glass to pick up tiny clues in the panels?

Not really surprising she's going to this event. She went to the first BtVS event they held way back in season 2.

I also wouldn't say she's "shunned" Buffy events. Basically, she hasn't attended conventions. To be fair, those who do attend the conventions on a really regular basis only do so because their careers aren't up to much. Which isn't to say they don't enjoy meeting up with fans, but I don't think it's a primary factor in a lot of cases. As far as mentioning the show, SMG's never got a bad word to say about it and always talks about how appreciative she is for what it gave her and how groundbreaking it was.

Having said all of that, it's great that they've gotten such a fantastic collection of actors from the show together for this event. It should be great. Hopefully someone will be able to give us an insanely detailed breakdown of every word that is spoken...

This is insanely cool. I'm a crazy, crazy Fuffy fan.

It's kind of funny, though. I always got a sense that Sarah Michelle and Eliza didn't particularly like each other in real life. :D

How is it that this is happening? I live no where near LA and I am not flying there. I just can't do it. And to drive is too far. Hmm, I am willing to pay the 750.00 for the best ticket but not able to go. I will have to figure something out. I mean, SMG is going to be there. I need to ask her to marry me, HAHAHA...well atleast I can stare at her alot.

As much as my heart races at the idea, I don't think it would be a good idea for me to attend.  I'd spend my whole time in the medic area with smelling salts and an ice pack.

This is the stuff Buffy fans have been dreaming about FOREVER for six years! I literally just shrieked and gasped after reading each name!! I still haven't recovered from the fact the ED will be there!! Faith was my first major crush and that is just not something you get over!! And SMG and AB and and I can't believe this is really happening!! Why does it have to be so far away!?

Will there be complete AfterEllen coverage there??? I really hope so because we need the insider scoop and what could be better than the Scoobies with our fabulous AE ladies?!? Sarah you know you want to feed your Buffy obsession!!

Buffy was TV genius, and heaven for many a budding lesbian. Who could forget Faith's fabulous leather pants swagger, the pure adorableness that was Willow and Tara, and women who could literally KICK ASS!! Wow I think I feel a Buffy marathon coming on...
