Angelina Jolie is "Wanted" even more

Another Friday, another new movie trailer. But don't be confused by the title on this one. Wanted isn't an Angelina Jolie biopic. Instead, it's an Angelina Jolie action-thriller.

Earlier this week, the new, longer, more action-packed trailer for the summer spectacular Wanted came out. It's things like this I can really get behind, so to speak.

The film, based on the graphic novel series by Mark Millar, looks like a mix of old-fangled shoot 'em up and newfangled bending of the laws of physics. It revolves around a secret society of assassins, dubbed the Fraternity. Morgan Freeman plays the Fraternity's leader, Sloan; James McAvoy is its hapless newcomer, Wes, and Angie is its ace assassin, Fox. Gosh, if there were ever a name that matched its character. Give the trailer a look and see for yourself (see it in hi-def here):

Hmm. In general I'm of the "more Jolie, the Jolier" school of thought, but I'm getting a distinct sense of déjà vu with this preview. We've seen action Angie before in the Tomb Raider films. We've seen secret agent Angie in Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

Oh, and I seem to recall another film about some guy who had a three-letter name who kept being called "The One." Bet these two clean up playing limbo.

The Matrix overtones are impossible to ignore, what with its sage mentor, hottie female fighter and slo-mo bullets. Heavens, they even took the time to have them engraved.

Still, despite the similarities, it's always fun to see action Angie again. That woman can wield a shotgun like no other. Sadly, her toothpick arms make me wonder how she lifted the gun in the first place. I'm so happy she has been looking better-nourished of late.

So, does the new trailer make you more or less likely to see Wanted ? And, uh, how can I get some quality bonding time with Angelina?

Those pictures really highlight how thin she is. I miss old Angie :( But she's still gorgeous, so whatever. I probably won't see the movie. Doesn't look like anything I'd enjoy.

WOW!! Did she get a ton of new tats i hadn't seen or are these just painted on her for the role?? For instance, the "toil-tears" i hadn't seen, plus a couple on her back, her arms.. well, you get my point.. Does anyone know??

I'm pretty sure that these are just painted, cause the only new tatoo that I know of is an M on the inside of her hand - she got that in memory of her mum, Marcheline. here (http://www.vanishingtattoo.com/tattoo/celeb-jolie1.htm) you can find a list of her tatoos, and I'm pretty sure that the list is accurate - as accurate as you can be with her tats.

I have to say that I'll watch anything that has Angie in it, which btw means that I saw the trainwreck Alexander - I want my time and my money back!! but I'm kinda looking forward to it, cause I liked Matrix and the tomb raider movies and I just hope that it's better written than mr & ms smith.

Haha, I totally forgot about the trainwreck that was Alexander. It's only redeeming qualities were Angelina, and Jared Leto in eyeliner.

She is too fucking hot for words. She is looking a little gaunt in some of those scenes, but she's still gorgeous. I will definitely be seeing this one, if only to watch action-Angie burn up the screen. I'm still sad that Tomb Raider 3 never came to fruition.

I was going to see this movie before I saw any trailers purely because it has Angie in it. While I'm not the convinced the premise is entirely original it does look like a good bit of action fun, and I am loving James McAvoy right now, so I say its all good! Love Angie! But I agree, she has been looking a little on the stick insect side recently, maybe I should invite her over for a nice meal...

OK, I have to say it: she's fallen off my chart of hotties.

That first pic of her back, and the one with the TOIL TEARS tattoo? So not attractive. She may not be anorexic, but I would say she's not taking good care of herself.

And as for the film...I may see it, but I suspect Angie could have phoned in her performance, since it doesn't look that different from her previous action roles.

I loved her perfomance in The Mighty Heart. She should have been nominated for a Oscar. I think it was politics that spoilt her chances.

I'll take Bondage for $200 please. Angelina always put heart of gold into her performances. She's a great actress. I know it seems like replica of something else but I'll still watch for two reasons 1) AJ and 2) Morgan Freeman

considering i saw Gia at age 12 and knew i was gay... i've been an angelina fan since 1998. Although i'm not as obsessed as i was in my teen years (thank goodness for that), she still holds a very specal (sexy) place in my heart.

I have to admit, though... the original trailer scared me. thought it looked pretty bad and cheesy... but the new extended one gives me some hope. i'll probably end up dropping 10 bones on this one.

also, does anyone else secretly (or not so secretly) worship morgan freeman completely? he is god.

Of course not everyone will agree... but the performances alone are worth the watch. It's not the most uplifting film, but it is my coming out movie and holds a special place in my heart. Plus, Elizabeth Mitchell!

Being a longtime Angelina fan and supporter, I will definitely be going to see her in Wanted which is a film that should bring her back to the masses (hopefully) as opposed to the fantastic performance she gave in A Mighty Heart which sadly seemed to go unseen by most moviegoers.

If everyone can recall....Angie was in mourning of her mother WHILE filming the movie....she has since put the curves back in place...the scene of her backside does not show any weight loss at all...beautiful curves and mmmmm everywhere....very lush!

I enjoyed her performance and her character did have a heart of gold...her character cared...no spoilers, but i must say I was not happy with what happened towards the end....totally awesome and YES!!! There is a glimpse of OUR Bridget McManus as a checkout clerk.... very funny!

I used to be a really big fan, when she was all cool and rebellious and angsty. That was right up until after Mr and Mrs Smith (which I watched about three times, because to quote Paris Hilton, that was HOT!), when she got skinny and started hanging out with Brad Pitt and getting children out of nowhere.

But I probably will see Wanted, because of James McAvoy and Morgan Freeman. I've seen most of James McAvoy's movies, and he's pretty much basically cut out for the cute bumbling new guy. And Morgan Freeman? Well, he's Morgan Freeman!

Wow, that trailer is...awful. The first trailer for this movie actually made me think, "What's this?!" but this one just looks like something a fan would make during a spare weekend. The editing is awkward, the voice-over doesn't piece together properly, and there's little to no semblance of a story.

But I guess since it's all about Angelina Jolie, I should be happy, right? Yeah, maybe if she packed on about 25 pounds so I didn't feel like I was lusting after Skeletor every time I looked at her.

Go see it. I totally saw it. I really hate what happened towards the end and the fact that Angelina Jolie was a little thin for me but none the less I'm a total fan.
