Let's not forget Martina Navratilova, who (adding to others' work, of course - like Billie Jean King) revolutionized women's tennis by her strict training regimen. I don't think this the physicality of today's players can be understood without giving her credit. It's amazing to see action shots of Mauresmo, Jennifer Capriato, Serena Williams, and so on, and to think of how much more muscled they look than tennis players 30 years ago. Viva women with nice muscles! (I personally love a woman with strong arms, back, and shoulders. Ummm.)

Everyone seems to have forgotten GINA GERSHON in Bound !!!! Shame on you girls !! (thanks Cindy, you're the only one who thought about her)

Okay, so I can only invite you to watch again the love scene where you can see her abs in action... and believe me : no one can compare !!!!!!

Wow. This list owns my soul. I went on a pic finding mission for great arms recently. I couldn't find a decent one of Linda in T2 anywhere. And I am now conviced its time to see Trinity. Jessica has now made my list.

Lucy Lawless wasn't buff in the last season, in actuality she got thinner...which I didn't like. I know she was probably trying to shake off the baby weight but still. She looked waayyy hotter in the first season.

Oh and, no Janet Jackson?! You can't tell in movies like Poetic Justice or Nutty Professor, but oh my god she is hot.
