My my, how can I resist her?

Meryl Streep is set to star in the film adaptation of the musical Mamma Mia! -- production starts this summer.

I'm not a huge fan of the stage show, though the fake ABBA concert at the end is kinda fun (and I do love ABBA in general). I'm definitely looking forward to hearing Meryl sing some more. She and Lily Tomlin warbled very sweetly indeed in A Prairie Home Companion.

But let's face it: If Streep's in it, I'll see it. She could become the new lead singer of Betty and I'd probably buy a concert ticket. Maybe.

    I just want to say that I love the fact that you love Meryl so much! Cause I totally adore her! Been a fan for years, and I've seen (almost) everything she's ever done. Can't wait for this one either! She's just an acting machine!:p
