How are everyone’s spirits this week as we deal with marriage equality and the Supreme Court? Well, if you’re down in the dumps just know that Bud Light supports marriage equality.

This morning NBC Today‘s weekend anchor Jenna Wolfe announced that she and her girlfriend, NBC foreign correspondent Stephanie Gosk, are expecting a baby girl in August. Congratulations to the happy couple and make sure you pick up this week’s People magazine to read more about their story.
After Michelle Shocked’s anti-gay tirade the folk singer is losing gigs left and right. Shocked’s March 29 musical performance at the HopMonk Session Room in Novato, CA has been replaced by a Comedy for Equality showcase featuring out comic Marga Gomez and Johnny Steele. The queer comedy event is also a fundraiser where 100% of the proceeds will go to Spectrum LGBT Center in San Rafael, CA.

A source is claiming (and if it’s “a source” we know it’s a reliable story) that after Ann Curry’s chaotic departure from the morning talk show, NBC executives selected three female producers to take over and try to fix falling ratings. Lauer was apparently not having that and waved his finger at the idea saying “these women running the show reminded him of Lilith Fair.” Hey, what’s wrong with Lilith Fair?!
