HBO has a new series on the docket called Girls. Created, written, directed and starring Lena Dunham, "the show is a comic look at the assorted humiliations and rare triumphs of a group of girls in their early 20s living in New York."

Grey’s Anatomy’s Sara Ramirez is lending her voice to Disney’s first kiddie princess show, Sofia the First. Modern Family’s Ariel Winter stars a Sofia, Ramirez plays her mother Queen Miranda and Project Runway’s Tim Gunn voices the Royal Steward named Baileywich. The show, which is aimed for 2 to 7-year-olds (and, apparently, lesbians), premieres on the Disney Channel and Disney Junior in early 2012.
