Out actress Cynthia Nixon bundled up for the opening night of Broadway’s Cinderella in New York.
Speaking of Broadway, Emma Stone and Naomi Watts will team up for the film Birdman. In the comedy, “Michael Keaton will play a former actor, famous for playing an iconic superhero, who puts on a Broadway play to regain his former glory. Stone plays his fresh-out-of-rehab daughter/assistant. Watts is his co-star and Zach Galifianakis is the play’s producer. “
EW reports that Glee star Jane Lynch will star in the Fox animated series Murder Police, set to debut next season. The comedy, co-starring Wilmer Valderrama, “chronicles the adventures of a neurotic detective named Manuel Sanchez (voiced by Jason Ruiz) and his questionable, unreliable colleagues at a city precinct. Lynch will play Justice, a sanctimonious detective/working mom, while Valderrama will assume the role of envelope-pushing undercover cop Donel.” I’m formally requesting that we get Jennifer Coolidge in on this to play Lynch’s wife!
