Afternoon Delight: A new trailer for “Resident Evil: Retribution 3D”, Anne Heche’s NBC pilot has her channeling God

Good afternoon and happy Friday! I’m going to see Gina Carano in Haywire this weekend and I can’t freakin wait! (Wow, I’m way more excited than I realized.)

Carano recently told Conan O’Brien that cage-fighting is like sex.

Carano: Are we talking about men or women right now?

Conan: Uh …

Carano: Are we talking about sex or fighting?

Conan: I don’t care!

Can’t wait to see Emma Stone in the latest installment of Spiderman? Well luckily for you, publicity for The Amazing Spider-Man is already underway, including an hour-long press conference with Stone and some sexy couple shots. (Personally, I think Sam Ronson would make a much better Spidey.)

Dark Tide, Halle Berry’s upcoming shark thriller will debut on VOD on March 8 before it’s theatrical release on March 30. According to The Wrap, in it Berry plays “a shark expert whose business has been failing since a shark attack killed a fellow diver under her command. With the bank about to foreclose on her boat, Berry’s character agrees to lead a thrill-seeking millionaire on a dangerous dive in the world’s deadliest feeding ground for sharks.”

Tilda Swinton and Frances McDormand join forces for director Wes Anderson‘s quirky drama Moonrise Kingdom.
