Christina Cox plays a lesbian officer on tonight's "Combat Hospital"

It all comes full circle for Christina Cox on Combat Hospital. The actress, who we loved in the 1999 lesbian flick Better Than Chocolate and who went on to star in shows like Blood Ties and Ladycops, will play a gay officer on tonight's episode of the show.

Cox plays Ariel Garamond, a member of the military who finds she is attracted to her therapist on base, Major Grace Pederson (Deborah Kara Unger).
