A day in the life of Kirsten Vangsness

I recently spent the day on the set of Criminal Minds with out actress Kirsten Vangsness, who plays Penelope Garcia, a computer technician in the behavioral analysis unit. This year, Kirsten be doing double duty on Criminal Minds, and its spin-off Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior.

I was on set while they were filming episode #604, "Remembrance of Things Past," which airs October 13. And while this piece is called "A Day in the Life," it's not even a full day. Kirsten is one of the busiest working women in television. Not only is she going to be on the two TV series this season, but she is regularly working and performing at The Theatre of Note in Hollywood California and starring in the web series Vampire Mob.
